Modern 1BR Comfort in Oborishte with Private Parking

Pros: Amazing property. Amazing host. Location very close to Zaimov Park; according to the host, the safest area in Sofia. Nearby there are grocery store, restaurant, cafés, metro, tram, bus station, all in walking distance. Host is very contactable and helpful with wonderful suggestions. Very responsive, I once said it would be wonderful if there is a toaster inside. The day after she put the toaster inside the unit. Such a lovely gesture ❤️💯. If you stay for a longer period please make sure that your room including dishwasher snd washing machine, since I believe the host has more than one units in this property. Really like a home away from your house. All facilities working: stove, oven, microwave, dolcegusto machine, kettle, dishwasher, AC, toaster, fridge, freezer, TV, elevator.

Cons: Since the heater is not working yet, the room where you sleep is a bit chilly, since the AC is only one unit, in the living room, quite far from the sleeping room. Most of the time there will be \

Pros: Very cozy and well-equipped apartments. There is private parking in the yard. Very friendly and hospitable hostess. There is a smart TV, a lot of different dishes in the kitchen, a coffee machine, an electric kettle. Bed linen and towels are clean. There are shampoos and shower gel in the bathroom. Everything is very good!

A very beautiful apartment close to Alexander Nevsky cathedral and the city center

Pros: We enjoyed our short stay very much in this beautiful, modern and very clean apartment. We appreciated the private parking space and the detailed information provided by our host regarding check in and house rules. We will definitely want to visit the beautiful city of Sofia once more and we would like to stay at Trakia apartments again.

Pros: The apartment is within walking distance of the centre, no more than a 7-8 minute walk - just cross the beautiful park nearby and you are in the centre! It's clean and equipped with everything you need, the shower is fantastic! Parking is right behind the building. Our host, Iva, was very nice, responsive and friendly. I would recommend this apartment to anyone who wants to explore the centre of Sofia :-)

Pros: Апартаментът се намира в нова, тиха сграда на удобно място в центъра на София. Мястото е чисто, модерно, комфортно, непретенциозно и обзаведено с всичко необходимо за кратък престой. Банята е чудесна. Голямо предимство е осигуреното място за паркиране в двора. Комуникацията с домакините е лесна и безпроблемна (чрез телефон и вайбър). Бих се върнала отново.

Clean apartment with parking in a modern building and nice neighborhood

Pros: Usually we prefer hotels, since apartments are not that clean. But this place was great. Clean, in a new building, with parking spot included. The neighborhood feels safe and cozy (and only short walk through the park to Doctor's Garden), there are many shops around, including Lidl, Berezka (they sell delicious ready food there), and vegetable stores. The host was very polite and responsive, I asked for another set of bed sheets, and she brought it in 30 min. We were staying in the end of October, but the apartment is warm itself, plus we used electric heater and AC to warm it up a bit more. In winter it will have central heating I suppose. There's also enough cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery. And there's a dishwasher, which is definitely a great advantage. And the last one, you can see that the owner cares, it was the end of October, and there were Pymkin spice and Gingerbread scented candles:)

Cons: The only thing was that there wasn't sugar, salt, and garbage bins, which I think is essential for long-term rents.
