The apartment is very nice and the owners are so friendly.
Pros: Beautiful and clean apartment Very spacious and modern We were a group of 10 and it was perfect. Owners were very helpful and also gave us food for new years eve.

Pros: Very well located revivalist house. Host was always quick and prompt in answering my questions.
Cons: House without a stove, there is only one electric hob where we can just use a pan, which makes cooking difficult. Parking is not free, and to pay you need to have a Bulgarian cell phone, so I recommend parking in the surrounding lots, which cost around €1.5 per hour.

Good space for a group of friends staying in Sofia for the first time.
Pros: Good location close to the centre of town (10-15 mins walk) as well as cafes, restaurants etc nearby. Whilst it looks a little run down the area is safe and quiet. Coffee, tea and fruit provided. Very good shower.
Cons: The apartment is a bit dated and being gets pretty warm when the sun comes up as it's at the top of the building. There is AC in the main living area but the bedrooms may be a bit warm when sleeping.

Pros: Very cozy place, good location, clear guidelines for self check-in, communication with host, plenty of rooms
Cons: If you stay here with 6 persons, having only 1 toilet, that is also situated in the bathroom with the shower, requires some organisation/discipline :-)

Pros: - practically everything! - apartment very clean & spacious - Boris (host) was extremely informative and helpful - plenty of basic necessities provided - tea, coffee, biscuits, washing up liquid, shower gel - good location - exceptional value for money
Cons: - one of the beds was horrible & couldn’t be slept in!

Pros: Very welcome host (he even left us a welcoming note). The apartment was huge for a group of 6 people. The atmosphere was amazing. We really love our stay at Good Stay Sofia Apartments. Tv with Netflix, Disney plus, etc., bluetooth speaker, towels for everyone, fruits and sweet treats on our beds. Easy late hour check in!
Cons: We struggled a bit with hot water in the shower. And the appliances in the kitchen like toaster and pans a bit old. Apart from that it was an excellent apartment to stay!

Pros: The property was very well presented, very clean and tidy, it is so spacious and our family and children loved it, the host and staff are very supportive and quick to respond to messages, clear instructions and very helpful, I would definitely recommend these apartments for anyone travelling to Sofia wether alone or with family. The host is so welcoming and helpful, shops are walking distance and it’s ideal for anyone.

Pros: Very charming apartment, beautifully decorated. Host was communicative, informative, friendly. There was tea and coffee. Nice restaurants and stores within a few minutes' walk. We fit 8 persons easily (4 double beds in 4 rooms). Would rent again!

MUY BIEN UBICADO, Y MUY CÓMODOS.
Pros: el apartamento un 10! eramos un grupo de 9 personas y estuvimos perfectos, el anfitrión tuvo unos detallitos de bienvenida y estuvimos muy a gusto, no tenemos nada malo que decir, solo agradecer porque nos sentimos como en casa.
Cons: por ponerle una pega, sólo hay un baño, pero con una buena organización, nos gestionamos muy bien.
