Brown Cottage Apartment

Pros: Absolutely fabulous!!! 10 minutes walking to the center. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. The bed is big and comfy. The apartment is very clean and has it all. More than you need!

Cons: If you have a big car, the entrance of the parking is a bit tight...

Very clean, comfy and near to center city

Pros: The location is very good, close to the center with private parking. The flat is very clean, the hosts are very welcoming and warm. We felt comfortable and we will definitely come back here. Greetings to Svetlin and his wife, they’re wonderful people.

Pros: Cozy, clean and luxurious apartment. Central location

Cons: Had only one air conditioner in the living room, so the bedroom became very hot. Also, no shutters on the windows.

All we needed for our stay

Pros: Quiet location within walking distance to the city centre, close to Lidl. Parking in a locked yard (beware the entrance gate is narrow). Clean, spacious and very well-equipped renovated apartment.

Pros: The apartment is great, the location also. The host is very nice and welcoming! He helped us with everything. A great extra of the place is that there is a possibility for a parking space which is something very rare in this area but the location is so good that you don’t really need a car to get to everywhere.

A great place to stay in the Sofia center, high standard and very nice hosts :)

Pros: Very good location. The apartment was clean and very well equipped. Hosts are really nice and helpful - they cared about our comfort and was easily reachable in case we needed help.

Nice flat near the city center.

Pros: They even have a printer for you set up in the flat! :) Near to the center, very clean. Very nice hosts, they live next door (one floor higher), very helpful, very understanding, when we told the owner, we would like to leave at 7:00 a.m., he did ring at our door at 7:00. On demand free car parking. While the parking place is not right in the front, and a tiny bit narrow for really big cars, inside the city center the car is not really needed, it is more like a burden there. The Free Sofia tour starts in walking distance, a great team, if you want to learn about Sofia in 2 hours.

Cons: The air refreshment (scents) were a bit overdone for my taste, but nothing terrible. It did not disturb us in any way, but there is a playground near the flat, days over you can very well hear the children. If you have trouble with climbing stairs, the third floor might be an issue without elevator. I was surprised with the cash-only payment policy as I mostly have very limited cash on me, but that was my bad not paying attention to it during the booking.

Pros: The location is perfect, only 20 minutes walking distance from famous pedestrian street Vitosha. The flat is well equipped with everything you need. Highly recommended.
