Central & Beautiful Apartment - Perfect Location by Flat Mаnager

Would definitely repeat

Pros: We usually stay at 6 or 7 star places, so it was our first stay at a 9 star and we couldn't be more delighted. The apartment is more spacious then it appears on the fotos. It's on the ground floor of the building but it doesn't feel dark or cavey at all. In the kitchen there was everything we could need and the place itself was spotless. The location is superb: 5-10 minute walk from the main street Vitoshka and from NDK, metro nearby plus a very convenient bus and tram stop. In the area there are lots of shops, small neighbourhoody businesses that bring charm to the location. The anfitrión was very nice and polite asking us wether we lack something so he could provide it for us. In conclusion, we couldn't have asked for more!

Brilliant stay, great location, helpful host.

Pros: The location is super central and very close to transportation, shops, restaurants, and bars. Vitoshka is literally 5 minutes walk away, and so is NDK. You can reach NDK and Opulchenska metro station within fee minutes walk. We actually managed to hear Ed Sheerans concert from the street, which was an added plus. The apartment itself is nicely decorated and has everything you may need for long or short stay. It is very spacious. Alex, our host was extremely informative and helpful. Thank you for being so kind and allowing my mother to stay a couple of extra hours while waiting for her flight. We highly appreciate it. I recommend this apartment. It's excellent value for money, and it's top central.

Pros: The apartment is beautiful and cute,but it so little \

Cozy accomodation with minor issues and poor communication

Pros: - The flat is very nice and all equipped with what you need to stay days or weeks. - There was a small beetle walking in the living room in two weeks but the customer service (the management is in charge of a estate agency) offered an additional pest control.

Cons: - Mosquito nets installed to every windows is a really nice facility but they are locked - you can't open it. - Wifi password shown on the board wasn't working so I used my data to surf the internet for the first day. The pass was in the back of the router but they kept telling me a wrong one. Very confusing. - No calls possible via whatsapp if you want to ask for help, only emails (they didn't always replied fast, sometimes after one day), and I expected more availability for the price. - There was construction works in the hall of the building (the flat is at the ground floor) I would have liked to know in advance to plan my classes since I teach online and noise affects my job. - 2 toilet paper rolls for the whole stay (two weeks) it's not enough for a carefree stay.

Very good option to stay in Sofia Centre

Pros: Trams, buses, subway stations nearby. Supermarkets, farmacy, restaurants nearby. The key instructions were easy to follow. It was easy to chat with the virtual concierge. All electronic equipments inside the appartment worked.

Cons: Adding an air conditioner would be a good idea.

Pros: В номере есть всё необходимое как для временного, так и для длительного проживания.

Cons: Обращалась за помощью к администратору, чтобы подсказал как добраться с аеропорта к объекту размещения. Отвечали фразами «посмотрите по карте», хотя считаю что это нормальная и скорее распространенная просьба.

Лукс в удобството

Pros: Чистота, лукс, комфорт, удобство. Всичко това съчетано в едно. Удобна локация в центъра на София и в същото време тишина и комфорт.

Cons: Un consiglio che posso dare è quello di controllare la muffa in camera da letto, per il resto tutto molto bello.
