Pros: The apartment is very comfortable, located in a great location in Sofia - with easy access to the center and neighborhoods. The area is full of restaurants, food shops and more. It is well furnished and tastefully decorated. The beds are comfortable, including the pull-out bed in the dining room. Everything you need for three or four people is provided, including a drinking water machine. The host, with whom we had easy and pleasant contact, has thought of everything. The cleanliness was impressive. The fact that pets are allowed, who are truly members of our family, makes Nova #7 certainly a preferred place in Sofia

Pros: Good location and fantastic value for money. Modern appliances good location.

Very good place to stay, especially if you travel is work related.

Pros: Location is good, there are options for city transport. The flat is ok too, clean with everything that you will need even for prolonged stay. The water dispenser and enough water for it was really a good choice. Internet connection is stable and running good. Kitchen is stocked well with spices and all that you need if you want to cook.

Cons: The key sticks in the lock from time to time but with a little bit extra force one can pulled it safely.

Pros: I highly recommend this apartment! I went with my family and we liked it a lot! There are all the conditions, including for small children. Good and new electrical appliances, crockery and quality sheets, there is everything necessary for living, down to the smallest necessary details. Clean and well-kept apartment. Thanks to the host!

Pros: Nice location. Easy free parking near the building.

Cons: Not so spacious for a Family of four.

שמחנו שבחרנו בדירה הזאת

Pros: אהבנו את המיקום ,קרוב למרכז ,בסביבת הדירה מלא חנויות, מסעדות ,תחבורה ציבורית קרובה מאוד ,אהבנו מאוד שבדירה יש מתקן מים מינרלים, קפסולות למכונת כביסה, היה מלאי של סבון ושמפו במקלחת, המתקן של חימום מגבות סיפק גם חימום במקלחת ,מגהץ,הדירה מאוד מאוד חמה בחורף גם עם מכבים את ההסקה המרכזית עדיין חם, בכל חדר יש מזגן במידת הצורך. בעל הדירה היה זמין בכל שאלה בנוסף יזם והמליץ לנו על מקומות

Cons: מצוקת חניה אבל לא היה יום שלא הסתדרנו ,ספה נפתחת קשה ולא לשאייה ארוכה

Pros: Вид из окна понравился, рядом магазины и кафе, неплохая транспортная развязка рядом

Pros: Бяхме там за състезание в зала София-Идеална локация, много любезни домакини, бърза и лесна комуникация.

Pros: Квартира в идеальном состоянии, большая кухня, есть все кухонные принадлежности, красивый вид из окна
