Pros: Excellent property. Really well furnished, really good location. Everything was really clean & really enjoyed our stay. Someone came to stock the kitchen with free water and drinks! The ratings on her are super accurate. Will definitely stay again

Cons: If possible to have the central heating turned on not just the ac for heating

Pros: The apartment was very clean,comfortable and quiet.There is a bakery nearby where you can have a breakfast.

Pros: Very nice and confortable flat. Perfectly clean and comfortable. The area is very quiet and central in the meantime. I am very happy with my stay.

Cons: Not any single coffee capsule left for the coffee machine. I would expect for that price and being luxury for the flat to provide at least 2 coffee capsules for free.

Pros: Perfect location. Furnished not just with finest and stile but very functional. Very very clean apartment. Kitchen is well equipped with all you need even for long stay. I don’t fine anything missing!

Pros: We had an awesome experience at this apartment! The design was impressive, and its location, just 5 minutes by feet from the city center, was perfect. The place was super clean and comfortably warm. The mattress and pillows were amazing – we slept like royalty. We wholeheartedly recommend it, although we wish it could provide Netflix. Despite that, we would love to visit again!

Definitely coming back. It was extremely clean and modern. I felt at home.

Cons: The front gate of the building was a little old, like a lot of bulgarian buildinga are. But the inside was superb. I think the owner can do nothing about it since it is an apartment building.

Weekje Sofia

Pros: Dit was mijn tweede verblijf hier. Het appartement is op een top locatie in het centrum. De inrichting en interieur geeft je een gevoel alsof je thuis bent met alle benodigde faciliteiten. Er lagen zelfs een fles rose en flesjes water klaar, waarvoor dank aan de verhuurder.

Excellent location and very clean apartment, room for imrovement

Pros: Location was fantastic - close to the main attractions in Sofia center yet positioned perfectly on a quiet street. Apartment was very clean. Bedding was of a good quality. Interior design was interesting. Plenty of coffee which is a must when we travel. It was great there was powder cream for the coffee. Good communication with the hosts. Plenty of toilet paper - thank you! We are rating the apartment with 9 for overall experience, comparing to other apartments in Sofia, however adding suggestions for improvement to really meet expectations.

Cons: Entering the apartment itself was rather challenging. We made request for an Invoice for our stay, but it was not provided. In addition few other overlooked items: we were three, but there was only one set of sleepers. Missing basic toiletries - no shampoo or shower gel. No bottle of water or ice in the fridge, even though there were three ice forms. We filled the ice forms before leaving. The TV in the bedroom was not working and when we asked for assistance - we were told that someone logged off from the account and will be fixed the next day. Missing information about parking. The self check in instructions said check out before 12 pm. But in the morning we received a text via Booking for check out at 11 am. No big drama indeed, but those things need to be managed properly before guests arrival and during their stay.
