Business Park Sofia Cozy Lux & Private Garage Option

Pros: My stay at Business Park Sofia Cozy Lux was truly exceptional. The apartment is bright, stylish, and impeccably clean, with a very welcoming atmosphere. Everything was thoughtfully arranged, making it easy to relax from the moment I arrived. The location is convenient for getting around, yet pleasantly quiet. The host was genuinely kind and attentive, which made the experience even better. I would happily return and wholeheartedly recommend this place to other travellers.

Pros: I have stayed here couple of times already. Absolute value for money. Clean, near the Business Park Sofia. Will use it again.

Cons: Nothing.

Pros: You just need to look at the pictures to see the attention to detail in this flat. Very clean. Very central. Kind owner. Very good value for money. Absolutely easy to check-in. Very close by the Business Centre. Recommend.

Pros: A perfectly made , 1 bedroom flat in a brand new building. I was there for family visit. Very convenient and easy to find location. Just opposite is a bus station with perfect connections into the city centre. The famous Business Park is a 10 minute walk. The kitchen is very well equipped . Spotless clean. Free parking is a big plus. For me the location was the deciding factor for this nice flat.

Cons: All was fine.

Pros: The interior design is lovely. The apartment is warm and clean. There are two bus lines near the building. They leave every 15 minutes or so to the center of Sofia and to the metro from which connection to the airport is fast.

Cons: The owner assumes every guest is arriving by car and that every guest uses gps maps to reach the building so she intentionally gives the wrong address as there is confusion on google maps which shows the building as being located at # 479 when in fact the building's correct address is #488A and #488B (the apartment is at B block). I am familiar with the discrepancies in addresses in Sofia because I visited many times so I used common sense and found it relatively easily. Adding to the confusion the project goes by two names (homes.eu and also allegra apartments) and the former is more visible from the street than the latter (especially at night) so those arriving by public transport should know the building is around 200 meters from Lidl supermarket on the same side of the road and is also directly opposite where end station of bus #76 and bus #213. The apartment is like a showroom apartment. It looks great but is lacking functionality, ie the bed mattress is soft and uncomfortable so I slept on the sofa bed and there is no drying rack for clothes. The bed linen is not beautiful and not particularly comfortable and does not fit in with the overall design.

Pros: It's completely new, nice decorated with modern style. It's a nice place that just needs some little improvements to be great in the future.

Cons: The building is very recent and even some sections under construction apparently so a lot of dust in the common areas, we had some noise the last morning. No coffee machine, we missed some more kitchen tools to use the oven if we wanted to, the shower has no place to put any soap, the bed has no side tables to leave the phone or lights to turn it off from the bed, in general is very new, and it still needs some improvements to do it more comfortable, but nothing serious.

Pros: The apartment is very clean and comfortable. Well-equipped with brand new furniture and amenities. The building is also new and quiet. The location is great - close to metro station and bus stop. The host is very kind and responsive.

Pros: Страхотна локация, много уютно и комфортно, изключително мили домакани, възможност за паркиране.

Pros: Дуже чисто, не шумно, комфортно. Зупинялися із сімʼєю. Гараж додатково коштує 6 євро, що дуже зручно було лишити автомобіль. Все необхідне в апартаментах є.

Pros: Отличные апартаменты, удобное расположение, чисто, отзывчивый хозяин
