Lozenets Modern Apartment Tranquil & Central

Pros: Property is very stylish and comfortable. The host was great and friendly, helping with all necessary things to stay in the place without any stress.

Would recommend to anyone looking for a home-away-from-home when travelling.

Pros: This is definitely one of the best places I've ever had to stay in. Very stylish, cosy, and comfortable. The check-in procedure is as simple and convenient as possible without the presence of the host. At the same time Yordan is always in touch, ready to help with anything. You can find absolutely everything you could possibly need in the appartment.

Fantastically clean and comfortable apartment

Pros: The communication with Yordan was excellent and prompt. Apartment is located in a great residential area, excellent for walking to pedestrian areas. I was amazed by the cleanliness of the apartment - a rare find in Sofia. Also rare find to have the owner be the actual host, not a management company. The apartment is very tastefully designed and lighting is creative. There were lights in the least expected areas like under the kitchen board area. Kitchen itself is well equipped for longer stays. Bedroom was cozy, living room was inviting.

Cons: Being a hotel owner and interior designer by heart, it is difficult for me to keep away from giving advice how to improve any place. There were few minor things that are really just personal preferences and more of a capricious expectations of any place, not just this one.

Newly renovated cosy appartment in Lozenec

Pros: The apartment is newly renovated in modern design and thoughtfully decorated with attention to detail. You have everything you need to cook, wash/iron, and relax in a quiet central area of Sofia. Impressive attention to detail with plenty of history and contemporary books covering Bulgarian and international authors. Highly recommended.

Cons: An air-con will increase the comfort in summer

Pros: Very spacious and clean apartment, located in a central but quiet area with access to various facilities and sights. The neighbours are very ok and the value for money is very god. I highly recommend it for families as well as couples and solo travellers. If you travel by car, you can park right in front of the place and the parking fee is 1 leva/h. Also, Yordan, the host, was very kind and helped us with all the information we needed very clearly and promptly.

Above & Beyond - Luxurious feel, contemporary design and perfect location

Pros: Above & Beyond!!! The apartment is very clean, contemporary, comfortable and the interior design is incredible! There is a really nice scent of vanilla and luxurious feel when you enter the property. This was our second stay and we are extremely happy with everything! The host is really kind and responded to all our queries promptly. The location is perfect and most central landmarks are in walking distance.
