Botev Apartment

Pros: This place is really cosy and comfortable. It's traditionally furnished, not modern, but that makes it feel more like home. The kitchen had everything required for cooking, even though that wasn't clear from the photos. There was good, clear instructions on where to find everything and how things worked. The communications with the host were perfect. The apartment is really quiet, despite being on the ground floor and near the main road. Access to the trams and buses within one minute made it really easy to get around.

Cons: Everything was great.

Pros: Our stay at Botev apartment was pleasant. It had a very homey feel, just like your grandma's house. It was clean and comfortable, and had all the amenities that a family would need. There is also a back garden with swings and slides for the little ones. The location is also convenient as it is close to the central part of Sofia. Overall we had a great stay.

Pros: everything was great about the property, really spacious , close to transport , kitchen is well equipped, shower is powerfull , really quiet at night , this appartment have a real identity and feels like a friend invite you to spend some time with , in addition to some gifts and surprises , internet was really fast , there is a fruits and vegetables market less than 10min away by walk , and also the owner is available and ready to help for every question we can have about this beautiful country ,

Perfect place to feel like a home in Sofia

Pros: Botev apartment is a complete place that makes you feel at home in Sofia. It has a great location, just 15-minute walk from Serdika metro station. Everything to see is a walking distance. Iva, our host, made me feel at home, she provided all the information about the apartment, and the city map. All AP equipment has an explanation of how to work. It was so easy and comfortable to stay in the Botev Apartment. highly recommended

Pros: Big apartment, had everything I needed - a washing machine, soap, shampoo, shower gel, hair dryer, towels, blankets, tea, plates, utensils, cups etc. It's cold, but AC heating is doing a good job. Comfortable bed. The area is a bit run down but was calm and quiet during my stay. I didn't feel unsafe when coming back late in the evening (solo female). Good location halfway between Sofia Railway Station and Metro Serdika (~15min on foot).

Cons: Bulgarian style bathroom - wet after shower, but I know it's standard in Bulgaria so it's not like I expected anything different. 15-30min on foot to most attractions - fine by me, but if you have mobility issues you might want to get something closer to the centre.

A home away from home

Pros: The apartment felt like a home away from home. Everything is there (washing machine, dish washer, complete kitchen). Contact with the owner was lovely as well. The location is right between the train/bus station and the city center, which was very convenient for me.
