Cozy and quite place to visit Sofia!
Pros: The flat is spacious, well organised, and the bed was comfortable. The flat manager helped me to check in, no major issues rised during my 15 days of stay. The flat was also very warm and quite. The flat position is ideal to visit the city centre, 10 min walking from the Eagle bridge and the main connections by tram and metro are a few minutes walking. There are several grocery shops and cafes in the surroundings, and a big supermarket less than 10 min walking. If I will go back to Sofia for work or vacation, I'm going to book this place again.

Overall quite good.
Pros: Great location and well maintained. Has everything you need. Super quiet place. Even though there was a problem with the toilet but it was fixed promptly on time. Kudos to the owner for the property.
Cons: The roller blinds were so difficult to operate I struggled to adjust them also because in some parts were broken. Suggesting to change it.

We had a pleasant stay and enjoyed the proximity to many great local venues within walking distance
Pros: The location is great. The apartment was clean and well maintained. It is very close a nice walkable shopping area with great food and other services. The apartment was clean and very well kept. We had all the amenities we needed.
Cons: Two exceptions are. We had hard time cooling down the main bedroom, as the AC unit is installed in the living room and not the main bedroom. The bathroom had some minor blockage of the drain, and we had to keep the shower water flow low to avoid backups.

Отличное расположение, удобная квартира , но было очень холодно, тапочки обязательны !
Pros: Отличное месторасположение, чисто , комфортно, заботливый персонал
Cons: Было очень холодно в квартире , не смотря на то, что Алекс позаботился о нас и принес обогреватель, все равно в квартире было очень холодно и это создавало дискомфорт

Pros: Všude krásně uklizeno. Ručníky voňavé. Plně vybavená kuchyň.
Cons: Bylo by dobré pořídit do kuchyně ostré nože, ale to už je pouze malý detail.

Pros: Eve daha girmeden Alex bütün talimatları çok açık bir şekilde paylaştı bu bakımdan hiç sıkıntı yaşamadan eve girişi gerçekleştirdik. Ev çok temiz ve insanı kendi evinde gibi hissettiriyor. Ayrıca ulaşım olanakları olarak çok güzel bir konumda. Hemen 1 dakika mesafede market var. Pek çok cafe, pub var. Ayrıca eczaneye çok yakın. Sofyaya bir daha geldiğimizde kesin olarak burada kalmayı tercih ederiz.

Удобно и прекрасно място в София на разумна цена
Pros: Страхотно място на много удобна за мен локация - на метри от офиса. Достъпът е с ключ в сейф-кутия и настаняването е удобно, защото не чакате на рецепция или да ангажирате друг човек. Самият апартамент е в тиха сграда във вътрешна уличка, голям е и подготвен с всичко необходимо - кухня с уреди и посуда, трапезария и хол с диван и телевизор, отделна спалня, интернет и дори бюро. В кухнята им кафемашина с капсули Долче Густо, но няма такива - вземете си и ще имате кафе. :) На метри от апартамента има заведения, закусвалня, аптека, денонощен магазин.
Cons: Не е някаква драма за мен, а по-скоро преупреждение, че сградата няма асансьор и за трудно подвижни хора може да е проблем. И една препоръка - парното беше спряно, съответно при настаняването ми бе студено. Отново, в моят случай не бе проблем, защото го включих и излязох, та се затопли до като бях на вечеря. Но в други случаи е възможно да остави неприятно впечатление.
