Pros: The location is convenient, and the parking spot is a great bonus. The flat is smaller than it appears in the pictures, but it includes some smart design choices that help optimize the space.
Cons: There are a few aspects that could be improved to enhance the guest experience: \t1.\tTV cables – It would be better if the TV cables were hidden in a cupboard or properly secured, as they currently hang loosely. This isn’t ideal, especially for guests with children. \t2.\tBedroom lighting – A bedside table with a night lamp was missing, which would have added both comfort and practicality. \t3.\tKitchen essentials – We didn’t find any napkins or a kitchen paper roll, which are typically expected in a short-term rental. \t4.\tCheck-out time – The 10:00 AM check-out felt quite rushed, especially considering we arrived at 9:00 PM. For a 30 m² flat, a four-hour cleaning window seems excessive. In our experience staying in around 20 different accommodations each year, we’ve rarely encountered such an early check-out. Unfortunately, I didn’t notice this detail before booking—had I seen it, I might have reconsidered.

Fantastic Host! Very supportive and provided recommendations for several things. Perfect service!
Pros: Very comfortable flat. Newly decorated, had all needed kitchen utensils, pots & pans, cleaning materials.

Pros: The parking helps a lot in Sofia, it's impossible to park otherwise. The location near the metro is great afterwards. The apartment was nice.

Pros: Very nice, clean quiet and functional apartment. It was all prepared for our arrival. Proactive communications with the host, who was also very polite and kind, wanting to make sure that we are all nicely settled. The coffee capsules were much appreciated. The parking was very handy too.
Cons: I would only suggest the host installs blind to the door leading to the balcony.

Чудесен престой.
Pros: Квартирата е много добре обзаведена. Има всичко необходимо. Много добре поддържана и чиста. Местоположението е много добро. Наблизо има и метростанция. Да не забравяме и паркомястото, което е важно, ако си с кола. Вече идваме за втори път. Ще дойдем пак.
Cons: Няма нещо, което да не ни хареса.

Overall good location
Pros: The property is a decent location, spacious, and clean for the money. It was a nice experience to stay there for the holiday. There were also food shops nearby open on a holiday.
Cons: The garage door opener battery seemed to be dying and was not working consistently. We had to wait an extra 40 minutes to leave the property as we were trying to get the garage door opener to work. We eventually had to approach a resident of the building to use their garage door opener to let us out. If the battery in the garage door opener is replaced, this will be an excellent property and great value.

Pros: Безупречно чисто, стилно обзаведено, новичко, комфортно. Кухнята е оборудвана с всичко необходимо. Домакините са много отзивчиви - имахме малък проблем с гаражната врата и те реагираха назабавно. Има парко място във вътрешния двор на сградата, което е безкрайно удобство! На метри разстояние има голям пазар, хранителни магазини и хубава кулинарна къща.
Cons: Кварталът не е най-приятният, но е много близо до центъра, а самият апартамент са намира на половин минутка от метростанция (2 спирки от центъра).

Pros: El apartamento es muy cómodo, está muy limpio y tiene todo lo que puedes necesitar. La atención de su dueña es insuperable, totalmente pendiente de las necesidades que puedas tener. Tiene garaje propio debajo del edificio y está muy cerca del centro, andando 30 minutos y el tranvía y el metro están justo al lado, tardas menos de 15 minutos. Es un sitio fantástico para quedarse en Sofía
