Pros: Tesis çok temizdi. İki ayrı yatak odası vardı. Yatak odalarındaki yataklar çift kişilikti. Bunu dışında bir yatak odasında seryat vardı. Diğer yatak odasında iki adet berjer vardı. Salon yok. Mutfakta yemek masası ve 4 sandalye var. Tv mutfakta. Yatak odaları çok genişti. Daire ve eşyalar çok temiz ve bakımlıydı.

Cons: Tesisin otoparkının olmaması araba ile giden biri çok büyük sıkıntı olur. Çünkü Sofya’da yol kenarı otopark 2 saat için mümkün. Bunun dışında ya ceza yiyorsunuz ya da kapalı otoparka park edip günlük çok yüksek meblağlar ödemek zorunda kalıyorsunuz. Bir de tuvaleti çok dardı. İçeri girdiğinizde hareket edemiyorsunuz.
