A wonderful cozy, modern, clean apartment!
Pros: Everything was great. The location is very good, not in the noisy center, but exactly down the south park and in two minutes, there are a metro station, bus station and others. One more point, for the big super market and the big mall just in 1-2 minutes walk. The apartment is wonderful, clean, with comfortable rooms and modern furniture. Emil was very helpful, kind, and in our any request, he was trying to find a way to be there for us. The safe parking space in front of the entrance, is a big deal in this big town. We are going to stay here again in the future, for sure!

Very good place to stay in Sofia
Pros: The apartment is at a great location - less than 5 mins from a subway station and it also has a free outside parking space (huge plus for this district). The living room has enough space to accommodate the needs of 2 adults. There is enough cutlery, there is washing machine, there is a dishwasher, there is also a huge TV. The heating system is with gas and the apartment keeps a constant temperature of around 20-22 degrees. There is also a coffee machine in the living room, that is not in the photos - it works with grounded coffee. There are 2 fridges, Playstation and other games available in the apartment.
Cons: The bedroom is overcrowded with furniture and 2 people can't pass each other there. The bed is old and is not comfortable. (at least for us it wasn't, other people might find it comfy). The pillows are also not in the best condition. In the living room the sofa looked old and used, but it was comfy. There is a rug in the living room that looked like it hasn't been cleaned soon.

A truly Zen experience
Pros: The place is very comfortable and fully equipped with everything you need. The parking spot is a huge plus in this part of the city. There's even a work desk in the bedroom. And it was really quiet at night.
Cons: I didn't like the fact that the light in the entrance hall switches on automatically. Otherwise, it was a very pleasant experience

Great stay!
Pros: Emil is great! He gives all the info for self check-in, it is easy to find and easy to access! The location in great, just 5 minutes walking from the metro station and Paradise Mall. The view from the apartment is great! The apartment is very big with a very cozy sofa, a big TV and a kitchen with all the appliances you need! The bed in the bedroom is great, soft as we like it! We liked this location very much, it is a great gem in Sofia! When you decide to go to Sofia you can book your accomdation here!

Дуже комфортна квартира навіть для довгострокового проживання
Pros: Гарна обжита квартира в дуже комфортному новому районі міста. Є паркомісце, що дуже важливо в цьому районі. Квартира в гарному стані, комфортна, тепла і дуже зручна. Гарний матрас, компьютерний стіл, стильний інтерьер, тихо. Дуже комфортна для проживання навіть на довгий строк.

Pros: Апартаментът се намира на две минути пеша от мол Парадайс - на много удобно и комуникативно място. Наличието на паркомясто е огромно улеснение. Апартаментът е интересно обзаведен, има огромна баня, беше топло, чисто и подредено. Имаше всичко необходимо за престоя ни. Бяхме с три деца и имаше място за всички. На тях им беше много интересно също, хареса им и искат да се върнат отново 🙂

Pros: Страхотно място, близо до всичко, което ти е необходимо. Паркомясто е осигурено, което е голям плюс за София. Апартаментът беше чист, а мебелите бяха много удобни. Бяхме с две деца и наистина се чувстваме комфортно и като у дома си. Силно препоръчвам!

Top Unterkunft mit Wohlfühlfaktor und super Gastgeber!
Pros: Das Apartment hat sich sofort wie zuhause angefühlt – sehr sauber, gemütlich eingerichtet und es war wirklich alles da, was man braucht. Die Lage ist hervorragend, ruhig aber trotzdem zentral. Das kostenlose Parken direkt vor der Tür war ein großes Plus. Die Bilder entsprechen auch ziemlich genau das, was man kriegt. Sprich - gefallen dir die Bilder, wird dir auch die Wohnung gefallen. Besonders cool: Der Gastgeber hat mich mit einem Bier empfangen – super sympathisch! Gerne wieder!
Cons: Es gab nichts zu beanstanden. Alles war genau so, wie beschrieben

Pros: Отлично местоположение, при това с осигурено парко място. Апартаментът е просторен, с всички необходими уреди за приятен престой, че и повече. Обзавеждането е много характерно, разчупено и направено с вкус. Превъзходно място за пътувания по работа, където човек може и да разпусне след натоварен ден.
