Amazing host, Great location, Perfect apartment
Pros: Highest praise to this apartment and especially Piter. We booked the apartment in Millenium, Piter met us at around 23:00 at the building after arranging a taxi from the airport. At the apartment, he explained everything patiently and professionally, we originally booked the apartment for 10 days for two families (total of 4 adults, 1 child and 1 baby), but ended up staying for 24 days due to an unplanned situation. During our stay, Piter always made sure we got everything we needed, and on the last day he also helped us move to another apartment, honestly the best service you can get. The apartment is dreamy and we're definitely going back, thank you for a fantastic time.

Beautiful Luxury for a good price
Pros: Premium property with lots of space, amazing view and good amenities. Central location. Not too far from the points of interest but also not too crowded.

Luxury apartment in the heart of Sofia
Pros: Petar was a incredible Host, he take care about every single detail and he helped a lot in order to make our stay great. The apartment is top level and it's located near Vitosha boulevard. Everything was perfect.
Cons: I cannot find any negative aspects

Pros: Everything! Th apartment is brand new, huge and super clean. Well-equiped with everything one might need. Very big 3 bedrooms- each one has a bathroom of its own. Nice big balcony with view. Great AC, great facilities. The apartment also has a private underground parking (wide!) which is very comfortable. The location is also very good- close to everything, and there is a nice coffee shop and a convenient store just outside the building. Petar the owner was super nice and kind, always available and even helped us with a family issue, which we are really greatful for. Great value for money and amazing hospitality.
Cons: Nothing! Everything was amazing!

Perfect Stay – Highly Recommended!
Pros: We had an amazing stay at Point Sofia Grand Suite! The apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. The bed was great, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the bathroom was clean and modern. The location is ideal, quiet but close to everything. The host was super friendly and helpful, with clear communication from start to finish. We would definitely stay here again!
Cons: We found a used belt and some medicine in one of the nightstand drawers, including pills similar to Viagra. While it didn’t affect our overall stay, having medication left behind can be unsafe, especially for guests with children. A more thorough check before guest arrivals would be appreciated.

Pros: דירה מושלמת ברמה! המארח חיכה בכניסה לבנין, היה סבלני ונחמד הסביר לנו על הדירה, יש שומר בבנין 24 שעות דירה ענקית נקיה לכל חדר אמבטיה ושירותים מאובזרת עד הפרטים הקטנים, טלויזיה עם מלא אופציות יוטיוב נטפליקס בקיצור שלמות!! 10 דקות הליכה מהמדרחוב

הדירה הכי מומלצת בסופיה.
Pros: אם היה אפשר להוסיף עוד 5 כוכבים הייתי מוסיפה. הדירה מהממת,נקיה בצורה פנומנלית, 200 מ״ר,3 חדרים ענקיים בכל חדר אמבטיה שירותים,סלון ענק עם שירותים וחדר שירות עם מכונת כביסה,מייבש. מטבח מאובזר בכל מה שאפשר לעלות על הדעת,יש בה הכל וכל מה שיש בכל בית מהדבר הכי קטן,המרפסת גדולה,נוף להר ויטושה. המארחים מקסימים. הדירה נמצאת ברחוב ויטושה,צמודה למלון מילניום ולקזינו,מרחק 10 דקות הליכה למדרחוב ויטושה. יש מסעדות נהדרות במתחם מילניום האסייתית נהדרת. היינו 7 נשים ונהננו מכל רגע. יש 2 דירות כאלו. זאת הבחירה הכי טובה שעשינו,בהחלט עדיף על חדרים במלון שבקושי אפשר לפתוח בהם חלון. הדירה יפה יותר מהתמונות.
Cons: אין דבר שלא אהבנו,אומנם הדירה נמצאת על רחוב ויטושה אבל היא במרחק הליכה של 5-10 דקות מהמרכז. הלכנו בכיף וכשהתעצלנו מונית 5 לב=10 ש״ח=2.5 יורו=3דולר באמת זניח..
