Pros: Beautiful space in the heart of Sofia. Perfect location. Easy access. The studio is cozy and spacious at the same time. Supportive host communicating all details clearly prior arrival. Communication is in english so be prepared for translating if needed

Cosy, romantic studio in the heart of Sofia with a lovely balcony for local breakfast

Pros: Lovely studio in the heart of Sofia — we loved its cosy, romantic feel and the incredibly convenient location. The little balcony was the cherry on top, perfect for enjoying breakfast from the nearby cafés and healthy food bars. Sitting there in the morning made our stay even more special.

Cons: The air conditioning was leaking and could use some maintenance. We also couldn’t find the Wi‑Fi password at first — it was hidden on a card in the bedside table, but we eventually found it and later confirmed with the host. There were also a few small bugs in the bathroom, which are common in older buildings, so this may be difficult to completely avoid.

Lovely stay

Pros: Great studio, great location, I loved the self-check-in system! Lovely view from the balcony, we had everything we needed and it was very clean and comfortable. Would stay there again!

Pros: Nice property near the city center. Clean and cozy, with a nice view to the city.

Cons: It was a little small, and there was no fly screens at all on the windows.

Amazing studio

Pros: I have stayed in Sofia many times for work and this time was for pleasure. It was a hidden gem. Travelling alone as a female and it was just a beautiful little place to stay. It was elegantly styled and incredibly safe. Clean and I had everything I needed. The reply from the host was quick and Efficient. So very helpful I will be staying here again if it's available. Thank you again

Cons: Everything was wonderful. Only thing I would say... I was looking for a bowl for breakfast and couldn't find one. That's my only fault

Pros: The apartment is very cozy, comfortable, clean and pretty. There is a nice view from the terrace.

Pros: The self check in was very smooth and the host's responses were very fast. The studio was in a great location for a quick stay in sofia and it was very nicely arranged and comfortable. I would definitely stay again

Happy with my choice, but not sure if I would book again.

Pros: Overall I am happy with my choice. Booked beacuse of my 'genious level'. Super clean, quiet flat and neighborhood. Super central, ona walking distance you had everything! Great bed! Loved the fact that had a balcony - 6th floor!! Great communication but felt very coorpate in the end.

Cons: Flat's door kept creaking each time someone was coming in on this floor or the one below. Kitchen are was a bit awkard with the cabinets and you could not wash properly (unless they did not want me to). Curtains were falling off and need fixing. As I said above, felt very coorporate/salesy in the end and when I tried to call, the number was like it did not exist. Also was not a Bulgarian number. Balcony is a plus for sure, but only saw roofs of other building, so if you are expecing a great view (like I did), it is not it.

Pros: I stayed in this apartment for the second time, and again it was great.

Pros: Awesome location in the city centre with bars, restaurants, and a park nearby. At the same time the place is very cozy and quiet. Nice view from the balcony. The staff were very supportive and answered my questions on-line very quickly.

Cons: The apartment is not large, but worths the price.
