I’d love to visit the hotel again.

Pros: The bad mattress, the breakfast, swimming pool, friendly staff.

Cons: The location of the Luxury apartment is a few minutes walking but during winter when you come from the warm spa and you have to go outside to go to your room isn’t the best. Also the showers in the spa center aren’t comfortable for use.

Great price for good quality place

Pros: The price for 3 days was unbeatable. It was also including breakfast and access to the SPA center of the hotel and we were allowed to recharge our EV car. The personnel is very kind and supportive.

Cons: A bit more focus on the hygiene would be great.

A first class apartment, perfect location. Some minor things could be better. No lift.

Pros: Breakfast at the hotel was very good. SPA facilities also very good The apartment was very good furnished and å small balcony with a beautiful view.

Cons: almost 50 stairs up to the apartment. No lift. The language - only bulgarian ( and maybe russian) No english Poorly equipped kitchen, no coffee machine or toaster among other things No info about using electronic equipent and no info how to get contact with owner. No info about cleaning. The flat is apart from the hotel Rich so therfor no contact with the owner

Pros: A luxuryous apartment near Rich Spa Hotel with a rich buffet breakfast and free spa access included.

Cons: The limited possibilities to cook : the electric oven not working and absence of a microwave oven.
