Definitely recommended

Pros: The hotel is beautiful and cozy. The staff very friendly and welcoming. The food there is another world, the most delicious food we tried in Bansko. They made our experience in Bansko amazing. We loved it very much and will definitely come back.

Pros: Brilliant value for money. Cute, comfortable rooms. Food very good price and nice. Location was great. Easy walking distance to Gondola, restaurants and shops. Staff very helpful and friendly.

Pros: Really great experience overall, location wise - short walk to the gondola. I had very early checkin so the owner kindly helped me to get to my room at night without any issues. Breakfast was amazing as well!.

Bliss!

Pros: The staff at Banskovilla are amazing! Nothing is too much trouble, they treat you like family. The establishment is quaint and typically Bulgarian which I loved. The rooms are cosy and comfortable and the breakfast is perfect for a skiing trip - not too heavy and protein rich. Went in the sauna everyday when I got back from the slopes to ease my muscles followed by a sleep in a comfy bed

Cons: Nothing! Honestly, would stay here again and again!

Pros: The house and staff were incredible. Very authentic place with cozy and warm energy. The locations is exceptional as it’s right in the centre of Bansko! We booked breakfast which was a great choice as there is variety of choices. I will visit again for sure.

Pros: The atmosphere of the house was really cozy, the location is great and the garden was gorgeous.

Cons: Some of the facilities in the bathroom were broken and overall the bathroom was very tiny.

Cosy and decent

Pros: Vladimir, you were amazing. The food was the best traditional Bulgarian food I have ever eaten. Room was cosy and traditional.

Cons: - the bathroom leaves a lot to be desired, basically the entire bathroom is also a shower - not enough outlets, only two I found, had to unplug the fridge and tv to charge the phones - neighbours were a bit too loud that night

Pros: Service, Service, Service. The absolute attention to detail from Vladi and his professionalism+dedication, the cleanliness of the rooms and the delicious food are the reason we would be back for a 4th year. The authenticity also always gives the coziness feeling. As long as you do not mind a compact room and bathroom, this accommodation would exceed your expectations as well.
