Pros: The hotel is pleasant and conveniently located in a great area of the city. The sauna was also very enjoyable. We had a particularly noteworthy and positive experience: due to a misunderstanding, we didn’t request a baby bed in advance. Even though there was no staff available at the time we arrived, someone came back especially to set up a baby bed in our room. That was truly exceptional service and showed great care and attentiveness. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would gladly recommend this hotel.

Pros: Dimitrina, our host, was realy great. Her instructions were perfect. She makes great efforts to make our stay pleasent. Cleaning lady was super too, she was realy kind on our chek out. Breakfast in restobar was very good.

Cons: Flor make creaking sound when someone walk on the upper floor. Stairs are steep. Both of this little problems are expected because of the age of the house. Internet was almost bad, maybe it is only one realy complaint.

Pros: Every time we are in Bansko, we stay here with my sister. We love every little detail of the house, how clean, stylist & comfortable it is, how easy the check-in is, how smooth the communication is. It's totally worth it.
