Mixed feelings. Lovely place, lovely food, but a couple of things which left a bad feeling...

Pros: The food was terrific. The meal we had when we arrived was lovely, and very fresh ingredients were used. The staff were very friendly the evening we arrived. I left them a tip. The location is stunning. The guesthouse was very comfortable.

Cons: 1. The staff weren't friendly the next morning. 2. Breakfast was included in the price, and it was delicious (banitsa, pancakes) but breakfast to me involves at least two cups of coffee. Having asked for and received a second cup of coffee, we were then asked to pay extra for the second cup, which is unacceptable. They can take it from the tip I left last night. 3. The large double bed was in fact two single beds pushed together, and mine creaked like mad with every movement. Generally the furniture in the guesthouse was cheap, which was at odds with the quality of the build. 4. There were no bars of soap for the shower, just liquid soap for the handwash basin.

Cons: One of the beds was really squeaky and that was really uncomfortable.

Stay in psradise

Pros: This was our second stay at this place and we're looking forward to our third. The hotel is clean, the views phenomenal, the area serene. The hosts/staff are amazing - so welcoming and caring. They really made our stay special. I highly recommend the food in the hotel - made to order fresh and delicious. It is the kind of experience that makes you fall in love with a place.

Cons: Nothing fell short. Loved everything about our stay.

Pros: The views from this apartment are breathtaking. It is a really nicely designed and well equipped apartment. The breakfast is nice and the restaurant serves tasty food.

Cons: You need to park up the hill from the guesthouse. It is very steep to walk down so don't bring too much luggage

Cons: You need a car to get here, there isn't no bus or taxi to Gela and also no grocery shop in the village.
