Pros: We loved the view to Pancharevo lake from the bed. The host was nice to bring us homemade banitsa for breakfast even though it was not included. It was delicious

Lovely surprise in Pancharevo!

Pros: First of all... The view! It's on a hill side at the top of a tall house and it has an unobstructed view of lake Pancharevo and some Sofia. Amazing! The room is super clean and comfortable, has everything you need and a terrace overlooking the lake. We spent the evening there and it was memorable. We hiked along the lake's eastern shore through a lovely forest that occasionally opened up to an amazing view. By a stroke of luck there was also a ballet opera on the lake during our stay and we had to go. And to think we only wanted to stay here on our way home take a shower and sleep. Haha Truly an unforgettable experience. Thank you!

Idyllic quiet studio, helpful host, epic views

Pros: Where to start ? + Friendly helpful host + Exceptionally beautiful studio on the top floor with epic views of the lake and village rooftops + super comfy bed perfect mattress and pillows + Rocking chair ! + Bath with jets for a jacuzzi feel helped my post-snowboard muscles relax + Fresh coffee supplied for a home made Moka + A massive chaise/long to enjoy the view and an outside terrace + Nearby restaurant really good value and very Bulgarian + Quiet chill location, a great escape + plenty of places to put your stuff ( unlike many BnBs ) + a mere half hour drive to Sofia Airport

Cons: Nothing, it was perfect for my taste, I wish I could stay a weeek next time

Pros: Our room had a spacious terrace with a fantastic view overlooking the lake. The studio was well equipped, clean, and with lots of light. The host was really friendly and helpful. There is a supermarket and a lovely bakery within a few-minute walk from the guest house. The lake port is just a five-minute walk away. It offers different lake attractions. There is a swimming pool complex nearby and walks around the lake provide an opportunity for splendid views and fresh mountain air.

Pros: Fantastic view and super friendly host, could pay by card even

Cons: Was a quite strong smell in the bathroom maybe from the perfume diffuser

Pros: Incredible view and location... Would love to own the view and could get used to living there :-)
