Great place in the city center

Pros: All was great - new studios in the very center of Plovdiv, stylish furniture, common place eith kitchen, coffee, tea, easy and secure self check in and secured free parking 5 min. away.

Pros: Great service and attention to detail. We really enjoyed our stay. Very clean facility and centrally located.

Excellent location and price for money ratio

Pros: Excellent location, main street of Plovdiv and 5 minutes to Kapana. The parking is really 5 minutes walking distance. Very clean and cozy. The host instruct me perfect.

Cons: No elevator but 4th floor. I was aware about it but you have to consider it. Since it is a room you have to expect neighbors. It could be noisy especially after visiting Kapana,

Pros: The place is very cozy, the location is perfect, it is literally on the main street. Very clean and nice. The apartment has a parking nearby which is very convent if you are travelling by car.

Pros: The room was very cozy, very beautiful and overall a nice vibe. The bed was comfortable and everything was clean and on place. We even had a coffee machine. The parking is at 5mins walk distance and free. The host was very polite and we had a very good communication. I really recommend this studio.

Cons: Our room was at the 4th floor and there are only stairs, it's a bit uncomfortable to carry your luggage.

Excellent location, modern and comfortable place to stay in the very centre of Plovdiv

Pros: The property is in the Kapana district of Plovdiv, so within walking distance from everything worth visiting in Plovdiv. It is on the 3rd and 4th floor of an old building without elevator, which did not bother us at all. It has a kitchen with a coffee machine and washing machine and drier on each of the floors. Very modern, very comfortable. Parking is included and is within walking distance from the studio (about 10 min for us) and we could keep the car there until 2 p.m. for free the following day, after we checked out. Rositsa contacted us in advance with clear instructions, and then made some excellent recommendations for dinner, so very smooth communication on whatsapp.

Cons: For some people (not us) walking to parking and going up 4 floors could be difficult. But the hosts contact you in advance, before the money is taken from your card, to remind you of these.

Very nice stay

Pros: There was parking 5’ walk, very nice hostess and helpful, already opened air condition and clean. Comfortable bed.

Cons: 4 floor stairs, no elevator, no water in the room to drink, a little short ceiling for somebody tall who has to watch out.

Going back again!

Pros: Perfect location, really close by everything! Clean, and silent.

Cons: The parking was a bit far away but not much; there are quite a lot of stairs but it's just something to be aware.
