Pros: Had a great time at Guest House Simona. Really friendly family. Our apartment was clean and spacious, you have everything needed - 2 bedrooms, cozy living room, clean bathroom There's a big garden with pool, BBQ if you want - everything what you need for a summer weekend. Our host helped us with recommending us local restaurants, less than 10min of the centre. Highly recommend!

Friendly host and charming garden

Pros: The family of the guesthouse gives you a warm welcome and they are ready to support you should you have any questions or needs. The garden is lovely! We stayed here because we wanted to visit Rilla Monastary and hike the 7 lakes trail.

Cons: In the 2nd bedroom there are no decent curtains, they let through a lot of light. Should you have an upstairs neighbour, you can hear them sometimes, but if everyone is calm at night it’s not a problem. The rest was perfect

Amazing place to stay

Pros: The family owning the house were really nice and helpful . They accommodated all of our weird requests ..even gave us a ride for shopping whenever we asked. The apartments are very big and spacious - well designed as well. I would recommend it.

Cons: Not enough plates and cutlery.

Pros: Wonderful host, beautiful garden with sitting oportunities, close to the center, very clean.

Cons: The sofa that turned into a bed was not comfortable for sleeping.

Pros: The lokation is grait, and a nice yard, nice apartment.

Cons: To many sters to the apartment, and no shower flor, the water wet. The hole bathroom.

A relaxing break in Sapareva Banya

Pros: The hosts were so friendly. We really felt at home at Guest House Simona. The garden is fantastic and we enjoyed cooking in the outside BBQ area. We also enjoyed watching the birds in the nests in the window.

Cons: We liked everything

Great potential, higher rate than provided service.

Pros: The rooms were clean and spacious. The garden is beautiful.

Cons: The guest house is located at the edge of town so unless you have a car it is inconvenient, the bed were very soft, limited amenities (reused shmpoo, coffee available only by additional fee), the pool at the grden was dirty so the kids didn't use it. The access road is not paved.

Pros: La anfitriona muy simpática y dispuesta a ayudar en todo, a pesar de la barrera idiomática.

Cons: Lo único, que ponía que había cafetera y no la había. En su favor ( y gran favor diré) tengo que decir que la anfitriona nos preparó café en su casa los dos días que nos alojamos ahí.
