Pros: Please stop reading my review and reserve the place ! You are wasting time ! This is for sure the best house in Devin and maybe the best I ever been. It locate on the highest point of the town so you have the best view in the world. if this is not enough, you can watch this amazing view from the big terrace or big garden or jacuzzi - you just need to pick whatever you like more ... It is 2 min driving from the center, 5 min drive from the main road. The owners are nice and friendly (they speak only bulgarian but they have family member which speak english) and welcome you upon checkin face-to-face.

Gorgeous place, great value for the comfort and amazingly helpful hosts.
Pros: Pretty much everything. A total gem of a place with great views, brilliant bathrooms and gorgeous views. We liked the balcony, the hot tub, the coffee machine and the town of Devin…a 15 minute walk down lots of steps. Really lovely and helpful hosts. It was fantastic value as well….
Cons: Perhaps let people know which roads to take to get to it. It’s near another well signed hotel for example. Easy once you know but some very small tight rocky lanes taken in the way there!

Great place in Devin with outstanding view
Pros: Everything was great, best of all the view! The villa is spacious and has all the amenities you would need. Despite its size it did get warm quite quick inside so we didn't have any problems with cold as we've seen other people have written before. We used AC for heating, but there's also central heating system. The sauna and the barbeque are also great, very easy to use and functional!
Cons: We liked everything about our stay.

Pros: מושלם. הנוף מהמרפסת עוצר נשימה . המשפחה קיבלה אותנו בחמימות רבה. ג׳קוזי פנטסטי בחוץ עם נוף להרים. הבית נקי מאוד ומאובזר. 2 חדרים נפרדים, מיטות נוחות. שתי מקלחות ושלושה חדרי שירותים.. תענוג למשפחות. מתאים גם לשני זוגות.. The stay was absolutely perfect! The view from the balcony is breathtaking, and the host family welcomed us with warmth and kindness. The outdoor jacuzzi overlooking the mountains was a fantastic highlight—so relaxing and scenic. The house was spotlessly clean and very well equipped, with two separate bedrooms featuring comfortable beds, two bathrooms, and three toilets. A wonderful place, highly recommended for families. Great also for 2 couples.

Pros: בקתה נקיה ונעימה עם נוף מרהיב על כל דווין והסביבה. הצוות שמתפעל עבור בעל המקום דובר בולגרית או רוסית בלבד אבל הסתדרנו איתן. היו מקסימים והסבירו את השימוש בכל המתקנים. הכל היה נקי ומאובזר ונראה כי חשבו על כל פרט קטן.
Cons: כביש הגישה לא כל כך נוח אבל המקום שווה את זה

Pros: Всичко беше перфектно. Гледката уникална, къщата много чиста и просторна, собствениците много мили и дори ни се обадиха предварително да ни упътят от къде точно да минем. Оценка 20/10

Pros: Свободата да си сред природата. Почти последна къща преди табелата за край на Девин в посока Лесичево на най-високото място със страхотна гледка към града. Джакузи, ново барбекю на газ, сауна (която не ползвахме), спретнато дворче с детска площадка и шезлонги, голяма всекидневна. Въобще всичко необходимо, за което си помислиш, че ти трябва, го има. На 300м от старта на по-лесния маршрут за екопътека Храстево - Червен камък (защото за нея има и маршрут с изкачване на стъпала от центъра на града). Дребни гъдели в положителен аспект - сешоари във всяка спалня, ютия, халати, платени канали на телевизията, чехли за ползване, колона за музика ...
Cons: Малко незначителни неща, които не ни затрудниха, но да се имат предвид - малко контакти в спалните; не видяхме да има простор, но си приспобихме и парапетите на терасата също свършиха работа

Pros: צימר מעולה, נמצא במקום הגבוה בדווין. מיטות נוחות. מיזוג בכל חדר . 2 מקלחונים 3 שירותים. סלון מטבח גדולים ומאובזרים. ג'קוזי מעולה ונוף מדהים מהמרפסת אחד המקומות הטובים שישנו בהם.
Cons: אין מדיח, גישה קצת לא נוחה לצימר גוגל מפות מראה דרך לא עבירה למקום, צריך להגיע מתוך העיירה.
