Our stay at this villa was absolutely amazing!

Pros: The location on the shore of Iskar Lake is breathtaking, with a stunning view toward the yard and the water. The garden is beautiful and perfectly maintained — a wonderful place to relax. We loved the billiard table, the sauna, and especially the outdoor jacuzzi with the incredible view. Everything was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared. A truly special place — we highly recommend it and would love to come back again!

Amazing Villa

Pros: Amazing Villa. Great hot tub, sauna, pool table and lake. Everything was like the photos which do a good job of showing the place off. It is very large with many seating areas.

Cons: For information when we stayed there was only the stand up paddle board and the dingy, the two other kayaks in the photos were not there. But there was only 4 of us so worked out fine. Also the cash deposit was fine and the hosts were friendly and honest, but I would recommend to the hosts trying to make this deposit part of booking.com if possible. As we had to exchange the cash then had to exchange the cash back so lost the exchange fees.
