Pros: Great location and easy self check in. would reccomend for bugdet traveling. we also had our own bathroom:)

Cons: old building with poor sound isolation

Not perfect but for short stays really good

Pros: Location is very convenient, room are really big, also there was a really good air conditioner

Cons: There was misunderstanding with the rooms, so when I was taking a nap after long trip someone tried to enter my room, as it was after six there was no one from the host, so I got scared at first. So I texted them and situation got solved really fast, so thanks for that, but still it took some time and I was anxious so I almost got late to the theater. Also for me there was not enough light in the bathroom

I never meet with staff but for me very good I can enter with code thanks.

Pros: I m always traveling during the evening I always used there 4 x a year.

Cons: I can't comment because I'm going there just to sleep and leave in the morning

Affordable place with all kind of essential facilities and access to metro, tram and buses.

Pros: Everything was perfect. The Metro station is outside of the property. Also everything is very close to this place. You can also find a lot of halal food places. We ate mostly from Ikram. Also, after getting off plane, take M4 metro from airport and get out at Serdika Metro station. You can walk to the hotel. It will only cost you 1.6 leva. You will have to punch your bank card to the metro entrance to use the metro. Cons: There were no lift, but that is not a problem. Because its only 2-story building. So its not hard to go upstairs. Not recommended for people with physical challenges.

Pros: Basic but clean with friendly staff and efficient check in. Brilliant value for money right in the city centre.

Pros: The place was big, cosy, private, and nicely decorated. Just by the metro station and close to the main attractions. While we explored the oldtown it was always in a 5-10 minutes walking distance. Self-check in and out also worked smoothly

Cons: On our second night we found 3 cockroaches in the room.

Excellent location budget friendly

Pros: Excellent location For the price of this hotel this place has everything needed. Room is huge Hot water Great air-conditioning Excellent WiFi Metro outside the door to take you to airport T2 you can get to T1 from there with the free shuttle

Cons: After reading reviews I'm not sure what people expect this is a budget room at a budget price if people want 5 star book 5 star. It's excellent value yes basic but all amenities in a great location. Improvement could be the bathroom but not an issue for the price.

Pros: Very adecvate for the price, bathroom clean, room clean. Very close to everything. Few metres away from metro station and pretty caffe with good breakfast. Overall very great experience. Would recommend

Cons: Our neighbours were very loud, but that is not a problem of the owner but the guests. Our lock was a bit destroyed, it looked very unstable but we were able to lock the room.
