Had a great time

Pros: Well situated for Royal Baths, clean and staff were extremely friendly.

Cons: The SPA was not heated properly, no bathrobes nor water were provided. Rooms weren’t cleaned daily and we had to ask for toilet rolls…

Ideal place to relax after a stay in Sofia

Pros: Very good swimming pool with a small cafe to get snacks and drinks. Bankya is an interesting spa town about 15 minutes walk away. Also worth a visit are the ruins of Todor Zhivkov’s residence in the woods nearby (again easily walkable). The suites are very spacious- ours also had a balcony - and very good value for money.

Cons: Limited access to hotel pool ... only to 21:00 ... in these temperatures it was not pleasant. At breakfast time, warming plates was cold. Who likes cold scrambled eggs?!

A beautiful stay in Bankya

Pros: The room was very big, with two rooms and two beds. We had a bathtub and a giant balcony with extraordinary view, and a beautiful sunrise. The room felt clean aswell. Great visit for two people. Nice pool area with friendly guests. Very nice personal.
