Bulgaria 🇧🇬

Pros: The hotel is perfect for a SPA holiday! It is very nice, and clean, the SPA has enough space and facilities and the most important - the pools are with mineral water. For breakfast we had 5 different options from which to choose. The food was delicious!

Pros: The staff was friendly and helpful. The spa area was small but very well organised - 3 saunas, steam bath, infrared cabin, indoor pool, outdoor pools (one of them adapted for the cold weather with a temporary roof), jacuzzi with hot mineral water. The food in the restaurant and especially the desserts.

Cons: The loud live music in the restaurant, mainly Balkan folk. We could hardly hear each other. Most of the other people enjoyed it but it is not our thing. The quality of some small stuff - bed sheets, toilet paper - could be better. Still, our overall experience was excellent.

Pros: Great hotel, good location if you travel from Sofia it’s via a highway and it takes an hour. Very nice spa, hot mineral pools, clean and big. Nice breakfast. Comfy room, delicious food in restaurant.

Cons: Would prefer to have black out curtains

Nice SPA, just don't visit if there are a lot of people

Pros: Very nice location, with plenty of space in the pools. Loved the atmosphere in general

Pros: The spa in the hotel is nice with a lot of different saunas. I was pleasantly surprised that the outside pools were working in the winter and two of those were with hot water. The dinner in the restaurant was simply amazing. All of the staff that we met was nice and helpful.

Pros: Amazing food. Comfy beds. Blackout curtains. Secure parking

Cons: Tiny little bits of wear and tear but im really struggling to think of anything. Oh heres one, mini fridge was a little noisy so i unplugged it. Oh the hardship. Minifridge was cheap also

Nice place for a short break

Pros: The food in the restaurant was really good, breakfast was average but for lunch/evening meal where you're actually ordering and paying it was fantastic. Pools are very good.
