Overall, good location and acceptable facilities so good value for money.

Pros: The size of the apartment was very good. I liked the two separate rooms for our children and our own bedroom. The bathroom was clean as well as overall flat cleanliness. The two terraces were a bonus that we enjoyed with a lovely view. We had a range of blankets and duvet in the wardrobe, which was very handy.

Cons: There was a TV in the main bedroom but it was very blurry so it was quite impossible to watch and hear anything on it. The children' bedroom had no storage and the door on one of the terraces wasn't closing properly (luckily it was Summer so it was warm enough do not feel any breeze). But I was more disappointed by the staff- they could have been more friendly to make sure our stay is comfortable and to send us home with a smile (at the end, the receptionist didn't ask even how was our stay and to encourage us to come back).

Pros: The hotel is located in a quiet spot, we had a balcony with a view on trees, the hosts were really nice and welcoming and the room was spacious! We always found a spot to park the car in an adjacent street, that offered free parking.

Cons: The experience could be improved with slight adjustments, mainly with larger bed sheets :)

Pros: breakfast hot water near center-location was what i need near university

Cons: for this money it was perfect

Comfortable hotel with breakfast options

Pros: The room was comfortable with 2 twin beds, a fridge, wardrobe and TV. It had a balcony facing west which was handy for drying clothes in the afternoon. The bathroom was quite spacious. There is breakfast in the morning with a choice of three options for which you pay extra. There is a nice dining room downstairs. You can walk to the city centre in about 15 minutes. The staff are pretty pleasant by Bulgarian standards without the usual Bulgarian rudeness.

Cons: You could feel the springs in the bed furthest away from the window. So, I slept in the bed nearest the window. The car park is very small and can only accommodate about 3 cars or so. There is free parking to be had in nearby streets. I parked my car in the street, opposite the hotel. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom, but they gave me some after I pointed this out. There is no elevator, but this was no problem for me. It might be for some people.

Much better than what expected

Pros: A nice and spacious room, cozy and clean. Girl on reception was friendly and helpful. I would definitely return!

Pros: Quiet area! Parking on the street. Very friendly stuff, very fine rooms for this price. I recommend!

Good value for the money

Pros: The young lady from the reception was extremely helpful,she did her best to help me with everything I needed.

Pros: Excellent room in an excellent place very close to the centre. The room was very clean and the staff very friendly and polite.

Cons: Maybe the air condition should be replaced but that's all!
