I liked it.

Pros: There was a very comfortable bed. The rooms were clean.

Cons: The spa was pretty small. I had the impression that it would be bigger.

Nice SPA place

Pros: Very nice hotel! Delicious food, polite sraff, good SPA. I recommend it.

Cons: It is too warm in the room. The air-conditioning is central and the only way to stop this lava, is to stop the air-conditioning in your room in full. We were not able to sleep with the air-conditioning on.

Nice hotel for a weekend getaway

Pros: Very clean & comfortable rooms Fantastic location, close to Rila Rock and good restaurants Nice pool & saunas, great massage at the SPA Very nice breakfast The staff generally very friendly and spoke good English

Cons: The mattress made noise so it'd wake me up throughout the night The pool area is quite small so if it's busy it gets uncomfortable Some staff didn't speak any English, which led to misunderstandings

It was unforgettable

Pros: We stayed for four nights, the service was amazing, the personnel were very polite. The food both for breakfast and dinner was tasty. We had special requests for the accommodation, all of them were met. Thank you 103 Degrees Hotel & SPA

Pros: The hotel is wonderful! The staff - at the reception, in the spa area and in the restaurant, is very friendly. Very clean in all areas. There is a large and children's pool - both with warm mineral water. We had a reservation with dinner and breakfast included - the food is varied and delicious, and the coffee is very good.I recommend the hotel!

Pros: Yes, the pools and the food were all great but the things I was impressed most by were 1 - the low pillows ( which are impossible to find in many hotels) and 2 - the special toiletries for my 3 year old.
