Pros: It’s very clean and very near to the center. Staff is nice especially the lady at the reception that I forgot to ask her name.

Cons: There are no lift. And in our room the bed is upstairs so it’s always up and down. The breakfast is very limited, and if you told them the time of your breakfast you shoul be there at the exact time or else you will eat your breakfast cold.

Location and cleanliness made it a pleasant stay.

Pros: Location was excellent along with the cleanliness of the hotel and the attentiveness of the staff.

Cons: IThe breakfast service was odd, to say the least. Ordered the night before by checking options on a pice of paper along with the time the breakfast is required. The next orning we wnet downstairs to see our breakfast waiting for us on the table, with the room number. No one around, the coffee, scrambled eggs and cheese and ham toastie were alll cold. When someone did appear they kindly reheated the items. We didnt have breakfast there the next morning.

Great place to stay in Sofia.

Pros: Comfy and spacious rooms which were clean and had great AirCon. Breakfast was great with lots of options and staff were welcoming and happy to help with anything.

Pros: The hotel is centrally located, yet very quiet. Recently renovated and elegant.

Cons: The breakfast should be better with greater variety. There could be a small buffet so that everyone chooses what they like.

Perfect for a business trip

Pros: Great location. Very kind receptionist. The room is all you need for a business trip - comfortable bed, excellent shower, space for your suitcase and a kettle. Overall the hotel is very clean.

Cons: There is no elevator so if you are travelling with a big suitcase it could be challenging.
