Really charming and cozy!

Pros: Cozy place with lovely people! It was super nice having a conversation - make sure you talk to the hosts! The room was really clean with a cute terrace - it's so great that everything is made with care and warmth. It would've been nice if there was a small wardrobe/cupboard but I suppose we were in a smaller room because of the last minute reservation and the stay for just 1 night. We'd go there again! P.S.: it's hard to find a parking spot and the whole area turned out to be a paid zone so just keep that in mind :) there's a paid parking lot nearby

Great stay!

Pros: Very good accomodation, clean, close to the center and cheap. The host is also a very nice man that helped us with everything we needed.

Pros: Excellent location if you want to be very close to the town’s center. Very clean, all the needed amenities and Nasko the host was very polite. Highly recommended.

Good Location and Friendly Owners

Pros: The place is close to the city center (I think). There are supermarkets, restaurants, and a money exchange place nearby, so it’s convenient. The bed was comfortable. The room was clean and spacious enough for a solo traveler. There was a faucet and a small refrigerator in the room. Coffee, tea, and some other drinks were available in the room. There was also a big mirror, which was useful. The owner couple were very kind and friendly. They recommended me a nice restaurant nearby. I recommend visiting the park nearby. It’s a great place to relax.

Cons: The shower and toilet were shared, but during my stay, there happened to be no other guests, so it wasn’t a problem for me.

Comfortable stay at a good location for a great price

Pros: The host is very friendly and helpful to give any tips and recommendations. The guest house has a nice charm and the rooms are nice. The balcony is lovely bonus to enjoy a nice cup of coffee or tea and watch life pass by. WiFi was very strong during my stay and it was great to have a fridge and some plates and cutlery to prepare some food and drinks.

Cons: As everywhere in Bulgaria, sound isolation does not exist so if you're unlucky with the neighbors I recommend to bring ear plugs.

Pros: I really enjoyed to be there. First of all this place is located close to the Main Street. So the most interesting places in Sandanski are within walking distance. Secondly, the owners are very friendly. They helped me a lot with my trip. Also you can ask them about something that you want to know in Sandaski and they’ll be glad to help. And finally, atmosphere of this place is impressive. Photos don’t show full beauty of this place. In this hotel whole things made with love. Special thanks for the fact that many stuffs are made of wood
