Best place to eat&sleep, relax and go skiing.

Pros: Everything was perfect! The meals were amazing, especially salad with goat cheese and pink tomatoes, and hot wine with apples and cinnamon. The house was also good as well as the location: clean air and birds singing every morning. Last but not least was the staff. Everyone was very friendly and kind. All in all, I totally recommend this place!

Cons: Nothing.

Семейное, тихое место.

Pros: Тихое семейное место в горах, было спокойно и комфортно. Вкусные завтраки и ужины в своём ресторане, джакузи и баня. Ребята которые управляют комплексом великолепны, отзывчивы и очень приятны, оставили только положительное впечатление. Спасибо вам за хороший отдых. Есть бесплатный трансфер до подъемника при условии аренды оборудования. Возможна организация трансфера до Софии.

Cons: Особых недостатков мы не заметили.

Fair stay - got what was advertised

Pros: The room was big, clean, had comfy beds, was nicely furbished and also had a private sauna. The choices for dinner were good.

Cons: Sound insulation is terrible. We were sat on top of the restaurant and could hear every time somebody was talking louder. In two specific evenings they had a larger group which took over the restaurant sound system and made a full-blown drunken Disco. I addressed this with the reception and it was taken care of next evenings. Choice for breakfast were not that great. The entrance in the resort is on a mud trail with rocks which is not that great.
