Villa Stoyanovata Kashta

I recommend this place for anyone, who wish to have a very good vacation with stay in home atmosphere

Pros: Was wonderful to come to Samokov to Villa Stoyanovata Kashta! The house is very big and the facilities are accommodating. We were 7 adults and 6 children and had more than enough room and space. The location is nice to see Samokov and drive to nearby locations such as Borovets. The hosts were very easy to work with and was great to meet them. Highly recommended!

Pros: Spacious, super clean and recently renovated property. It was the perfect place to stay with a large group of friends before heading to the nearby mountains. The host is friendly, considerate and pays exceptional attention to detail to ensure guests feel welcome and have everything they need. Host’s definitely put their heart and soul into building and maintaining this villa.

Cons: Everything was just fine.

Топла, просторна и удобна къща!

Pros: Празнувахме коледните празници в Стояновата къща. Изкарахме чудесно! Къщата беше топла просторна и удобна. Кухнята е добре заредена и пространството хол/трапезария/кухня е чудесно организирано за максимално удобство и функционалност. Домакинът ни беше изключително отзивчив, на разположение за всякакви въпроси. Комуникацията с него се случваше лесно и бързо. Локацията е добра. Тихо и спокойно място на около 10на минути пеша от центъра. Паркирахме колите (4 общо) на улицата пред и около къщата. Нямахме никакви проблеми с тях. Стаите и баните към тях са много просторни, което е супер за семейства с деца. Има предостатъчно място да се разположи кошара и комфортно да се обитава стаята. Това за нас беше огромен плюс, защото повечето къщи не са с такива големи стаи. Отоплението на газ държеше къщата много топла. Не сме имали никакъв ангажимент по отоплението. То си работеше и само въртяхме врътките на парното за регулиране на температурата. Препоръчвам Стояновата къща.

Cons: Дреболии, които ще спомена за да е пълна обратната връзка. В две от стаите на втория етаж дограмата свистеше при силните пориви на вятъра. Уличното осветление е силно и ако сте свикнали да спите на по-тъмно, може да ви е светло през нощта. Има щори но не затъмняват толкова. Столовете в трапезарията бяха доста паянтови. Някои сериозно скърцаха и се поклащаха. Има доста столове и сменяхме с по-здрави.

Pros: The house is perfect for large groups of people. The rooms are spacious and clean. The soundproof basement that is ideal for loud music.

Great place and awesome host

Pros: This is my 5th trip to Borovets, and this accommodation is by far the best. The host is awesome! Since the booking was confirmed and until we checked out he was available for all the questions/inquiries we had. He made sure we didn't miss anything and gave us some great recommendations. The place is perfect as well! We were 3 families with children and it was very spacious, comfortable, clean and well equipped. I highly recommend this place if you're planing to ski in Borovets. The trip to Borovets takes about 10 minutes and you can park right on the ski slope. The best benefit is that the restaurants in Samokov are much better than in Borovets (and much cheaper). Next time we'll be in Borovets we're definitely come back to Stoyanovata Kashta

Birthday Party

Pros: Big, comfortable house with a lot of space for big gatherings of people! The house has all the facilities for making a perfect dinner party! Very convenient location!

Cons: Can improve a bit on the ventilation of the dinner area in the basement!
