Pros: We had a wonderful stay at Alexandra Family Estate! The location is peaceful and surrounded by nature, yet still close to Sapareva Banya. The houses are new, clean, and thoughtfully designed, offering both comfort and privacy. The host was absolutely amazing—warm, welcoming, and always ready to help. You can really feel the care they put into making guests feel at home. The homemade food was delicious, and the shared pool was a great bonus, especially on warm days. This is the perfect spot if you’re looking to relax, enjoy fresh air, and disconnect for a while. Highly recommend it for families or small groups looking for a quiet escape!

Relaxing vacation

Pros: The villas are great with nice gardens and private bbq if you want to cook yourselves. Food has to be ordered the previous day if you plan to use the restaurant in place. You can order food from some local restaurants with pickup. The parking is wide and comfortable. There is EV charging. There is a little playground for kids next to the restaurant. In all villas there is enough kitchenware and they have provided some toys for the children which is very nice. Everything is spotless and we enjoyed the stay.

Pros: We had perfect family relax. The villa is perfect for two families. The fully equipped kitchen and cozy dining space allowed us to enjoy memorable meals together. The warm hospitality of the hosts made us feel welcome and truly at home throughout our visit. Overall, this villa exceeded our expectations and is a perfect retreat for families seeking relaxation and beauty.

Pros: Много хубаво място, сред природата и с прекрасна гледка. Много хубав, добре поддържан басейн. Къщата е много удобна, с големи стаи. Спокойна обстановка. Много любезни домакини. Починахме си страхотно и пак ще дойдем.

MUY AGRADABLE

Pros: Ubicacion, limpieza, equipamiento en general salvo algunas cosillas, y entorno, piscina, barbacoa...

Cons: Cogimos 2 casas para 8/9 adultos cada, habia 2 baños en cada, pero uno muy pequeño, en el que todo el baño era la ducha. Se nso hizo muy escaso. Tambien echamos mucho en falta un microndas y sobretodo un lavavajillas para 8 adultos.
