pleasant and fun country side experience , the kids loved it a lot and were sad to leave it

Pros: nice place , the owners made us small breakfast every morning that was self made

Cons: it was a bit hard to find at the first place and the navigation system took us wrong place in the beginning but we still managed to get there on second attempt , the owner communicate solely through the booking app which is a small challenge but otherwise all was amazing

Pros: A sparkling clean, quiet and cosy place with very kind hosts and excellent breakfast, totally recommended.

Amazing please with everything one needs

Pros: The house had more than you will ever need. It was very clean and it feels like home. The owners are very kind and friendly always available and made us fantastic breakfast. We were there over the holidays and were pleasantly surprised that the kitchen had everything we needed to cook full Christmas diner.

Pros: Highly recommended place. The house is comfortable, quiet, and very clean. The hosts are attentive, available, and respond quickly to any request. We stayed there in December, and although it was cold outside, the house was warm and cozy. The location is excellent for trips to Park 7 Lakes and the hot springs in the area. We really enjoyed our stay and would be happy to come back again.

Pros: Great place, suitable for a family (we were a couple with 3 kids). You have a great kitchen with all amenities, and a barbeque on the porch if you wish to grill. The surroundings might seem strange at first but the place is great with great hosts! They made us a lovely breakfast.

A peaceful experience and cosy atmosphere

Pros: The views, the log burner fireplace and lots of wood to use, how peaceful it was. Kitchen was clean and it was helpful to use the washing machine to wash our clothes after going to the thermal mineral spa in the next town.

Cons: The bed was very uncomfortable and the pillows are too old. If we had been using the accommodation with other people they wouldn’t have liked the upstairs bedrooms, the ceiling up there is not high and you’d have to stoop over to walk up there

Pros: Our stay at this apartment was wonderful — we really loved the house. The hosts were very welcoming; they greeted us with a lit fireplace, served delicious breakfasts every morning, and even treated us to grapes from their garden. We felt truly welcome. The house is charming and thoughtfully equipped — we had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable, cats came to visit us on the terrace, and in the morning we could hear the neighbor’s rooster singing — a very lovely atmosphere.

Cons: WiFi wasn't working. Not a big problem for us though.

Pros: I cannot say enough good things about our stay here. The hosts were warm and welcoming, meeting us as we were coming up the road to show us the best way to approach the property (as one of the roads can be a bit steep). They made us delicious breakfast every morning. The apartment was clean and spacious, well planned out with so many comfortable touches. There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms so perfect for a larger group or family. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking your own meals. And the view over the valley and of the mountains was just the cherry on top.

Cons: Everything was perfect, the village has dirt roads but even with heavy rain this was not an issue

Ideal location for all things Rila

Pros: Wonderful hosts, splendid breakfast fresh each morning, spotlessly clean with everything you could require. Huge bed and nice balcony. The fire is such a nice feature and sun set view very picturesque. Large supermarket and several good restaurants a short drive away in Saperava Banya
