Pros: Apartman je komforan sa svim potrebnim elementima.Unutrasnji bazen je sa toplom vodom.

Cons: Voda u spoljasnjem bazenu je veoma hladna nismo ga mogli koristiti.

A lovely stay. We had the best time in bansko and definitely will be going again.

Pros: Lovely, large enough accommodation that was perfect for the 3 of us (2 adults and a toddler). Great location as everything was in walking distance but it was just faraway enough to not be disturbed by the nightlife. The indoor pool was nice and warm. No issues parking the car.

Cons: The breakfast was okay but not the best but that was down to my preference. They did have an issue with the water at one point. The TV only offered very limited English channels but at least we had cartoons for the toddler. The cutlery and pots and pans needs improving.

Pros: Brilliant value for money. Spacious apartment. Great pool area. Not crowded. Attractive flowers and building. Easy walk to Bankso old town and gondola.

Cons: 1. The staff on reception was inadequate and lacks communication skills. They were saying random codes for some doors that we didn’t know the location of. Making them tell us information was like pulling teeth.. 2. Could not explain in our native language (we are Bulgarians) where our rooms are. 3. Ski shuttle was broken so they were using another hotel’s shuttle - terrible communication between hotel and shuttle, we were waiting 50 minutes for it and then gave up and walked to the hotel in our ski gear!!! 4. Hard to find the entrance and reception 5. Barrier breaks constantly 6. Some rooms are very cold, we needed additional heaters.. for winter season, it is unacceptable. 7. When we first arrived, they couldn’t find the key to one of the rooms..

Pros: Nice mountain view! Flat screen TVs both in the living room and bedroom. Lovely breakfast. Great location with free car parking.

Good for the price we paid

Pros: Good location, good facilities such as the spa and sauna.

Cons: There’s is a room service menu in the room however when we tried to order some the phone didn’t work and when we eventually got through we were told they do not do it. The fire alarm went off multiple times during our stay which no one seemed alarmed about. There was a fruit bowl in the room but the fruit was mouldy.

Pros: Generally I think there isn't a better value for money choice in Bansko, very satisfied! Very good breakfast! Nice facilities with spacious rooms, kids' playground, spa, swimming pool etc. It snowed a lot and the Staff was cleaning all the snow all the time.

Nice, cozy accommodation near the lift

Pros: Excellent breakfast, spacious apartment. The temperature is just right. Inner heated pool. And a great price/service ratio. Very close to lift.

Cons: The indoor pool was probably over-chlorinated, after half an hour our eyes started to burn, a cold started and we started coughing so intensely that we had to leave the pool room.
