I defenetly suggest to book your stay in this hotel.

Pros: The appartment was very confortable and clean. It is situated close to the Gondola and shops.

Cons: The view from our bedroom was amazing. The pool was nice and warm. Very good breakfast.

Best place to say, budget friendly and just what you need

Pros: We’ve stayed at this place 5 times now, love it, the rooms are spacious, comfortable beds, the pool and sauna are perfect after a day of skiing and they are always clean. The staff are great, they allowed us to use the facilities after our booking as we couldn’t do a late check out, so we could use the pool and sauna and changing rooms rather than wait else where. Food is great, and we like being up out the of the town. Depending on what room you get, the view of the mountain is amazing Would highly recommend

The hotel met every need!

Pros: Good food variety on a half-board stay. Spa and pool facilities were well looked after and a pleasure to use. Both bars were very cosy and the staff were lovely to speak with. Very easy to book appointments at the spa and had great availability. If you are skiing or snowboarding, the hotel allows you to rent equipment on-site. The staff member Nicky was a star and very supportive in getting us the right equipment. A shuttle was available to get you to the gondola station and back each day- free of charge, and only an 8 minute journey. Not to mention, the view from the balcony of our studio was gorgeous. A very comfortable stay and would return!

Cons: The only thing that could have been improved slightly was the comfort of the bed. Apart form that, nothing!

Pros: The apparent we used was really, really good for the value, warm (we was over the winter time) and cozy.

Cons: As minus was the lack of any utensils and something you can even make tea in considering that there is a large kitchen.

Pros: Everything was okay, it’s was good value for money. The room was spacious and had everything we needed, except you can’t use the kitchen stove without paying. That was a bit strange :) but all in all it was a good experience.

Pros: We visit the hotel for the second time as we like the location a lot, the apartments are very comfortable and big. We can take our dog, the food is also very good compared with the overall service in Bulgaria

Pros: The staff is very friendly and nice. The studio for two was huge and clean and quite warm. The spa facilities are also really clean and nice.

Pros: We genelally liked our stay. The Spa area is great, even though on Saturday it was very crowded. Our apartment was on the top floor and we had a fabulous view of Bansko and the surrounding mountains!

Cons: The leaking shower. There was absolutely no way to gather the water from the floor. No shelf in the shower for a shampoo or shower gel. The blue and red signs on the tap for hot and cold water are the other way around.
