Perfect location

Pros: Great location. Staff were great. Clean towels and room serviced everyday.

Cons: Room was very warm, although it was simple to just turn the radiators off so it wasn't an issue then. Food was generally just about warm never overly hot.

Affordable option near the ski slopes

Pros: Good location for skiing, warm room, clean. The breakfast is fresh and tasty, as well as the dinner. The chef is really good, correlated with the price for food.

Cons: The staff could smile more. They should have Romanian TV channels on TV, many Romanians travel there. I booked a studio, however inside the kitchen cupboards there is no plate or fork, no saucepan, although there is a stove. It is better to have basic things if you want to prepare something.

Staff very friendly and kind

Pros: Very good location .Close to cabin life and 5 min walk to ski slopes.Very quiet perfect for family with young kids.

Well located, reasonably priced and we had food included.

Pros: The location was good, only a short walk to the closest slope from where you could ski to the 6 man chair lift or alternatively to the bottom of the gondalor. The centre of town was also not far away for the nightlife. They provided a cupboard in reception to store skis. The food was very pleasant, plenty of fresh salad, and a selection of hot food each evening followed by a selection of deserts. Breakfast consisted of a wide range of hot and cold food. The staff were very friendly.

Cons: The only small drawback was that the hot food wasn't very hot.

The perfect spot, with a fantastic team and just about everything you could need for a great trip.

Pros: Perfectly located for the slopes, access to the town of Borovets and separate apartments for our teenagers and their friends.

Cons: 1) There's no where to sit after dinner other than rooms or the Restaraunt. The team were BRILLIANT letting us stay at the table. 2) The spa at the next door Flora hotel isn't ideal. The Flora staff were militant when our boys wanted to use the gym then the sauna - costs are on different tarrifs. In the end we didn't bother.

Would stay again, if in the area

Pros: Nice room and a lot of space. Loved the bathroom. Excellent breakfast, dinner is good as well. You can store you skis next to reception. I could also park in the premises, which was nice. 24/7 reception, mostly good location.

Cons: No wine glasses in the room. Gondola not very far away, but coming back is an uphill walk.

Cons: The hot water was a bit hard to control at times. The fold out couch had some holes between cushions that seemed too big.
