Pros: This property should be a 5 start 4 start at least the hotel is in a good location the beds are comfortable and clean the bathroom is nice the rooms are big there’s a modern tv there’s a sofa balcony everything you need for a snowboard holiday and if you boujee 🥱I can hardly see why they’d complain aswell especially for the price amazing and the cleaners where amazing there everyday changed bedding new towels everyday with cute folding designs sweeping mopping flooor folding cloeths making the room look proper clean everyday the staff there are also very friendly always there to help

Cons: The only thing that proably got this property lower rating is becuase of the wifi it is extremely annoying have to pay an extra 5 lev per day per room for more internet and even then It doesn’t work too well and wen you pay for the wifi you can only use it on two devices at a time but other then that everything was perfect

Great stay

Pros: Great location - 10 mins or less to slopes and supermarket. Room was cleaned daily with fresh bedding, towels and toiletries provided. Room was comfortable and spacious with fridge, kettle, and small kitchenette.

Cons: Kitchenette lacked some basic utensils - missing serving / cooking spoons, sharp knives, chopping board, strainer, can opener, tea towel - so had to be selective about what was cooked. Also the hob was small so very tricky to have two pans on at once. No obvious ski equipment storage but was fine to take them up in the lift and store in the bathroom.

Pros: Excellent location and great view, 2 minutes from the sloapes which is perfect if you go skiing. Cleaning and changing towels every day/ We did not use any other facilities but just for skiing the location met our needs.

Cons: Very old furniture, nothing seems to have been refurbished for a very very long time.

Overall pleasant stay

Pros: It's really close to the gondola and chair lifts and the restaurants etc. We had basic pits and pans, cutlery, cups, glasses and plates. Despite the previous reviews, it had the necessary equipment for home cooking. There was daily cleaning around 12pm, which was nice. The lifts are quick going to ground floor. We didn't use restaurant or pool facilities. On demand for water, although it was a bit tainted in colour, the baths and showers where nice. Lots of room in the studio, and the tvs where upgraded to flat screen (despite the photos!) It was a pleasant stay, for the price! And if good snow fall, you can ski to the back entrance from the gondola side. Not all rooms have balconies, we had two rooms, and one had a balcony. The other room was bigger, however, but had the same cooking utensils etc included.

Cons: On entrance, we where told to go to another apartment so moved the car to daisy residence. They apologised, and said keys are kept there and that we are staying at the flora hotel. In short, part at the hotel flora, and go to main road and walk up to the building behind hotel. There will be a few buildings, the far side one on left is the daisy residence. Collect keys, you'll need passports for this. And head back to flora to your apartment. That was the only weird experience really. Just make sure you can park at the flora hotel, there is plenty parking there, but the residence behind can be tight especially during February.

It is our favourite place to stay in Borovets

Pros: Nice place for ski vacation, friendly staff who helped with everything, clean room with kitchen facilities. The restaurant is good, as well for new year celebration.

Cons: Demand a change of bed linen, which you are entitled to every 2 days, as they forget to change it. There is no good knife in the kitchen with which you can cut fruits or vegetables. It is better to bring your own if you need it. The internet often fails. It is not always possible to find a parking space. It would be good if the snow was cleared better on the steps to the parking lot and in the parking lot itself.

I had a very good and relaxing weekend.

Pros: The property is at a very good location and everything is just a few minutes walk by the hotel.

Cons: Everything seemed good.

We liked it, but there is room for improvement

Pros: Location near the gondola to Rila lakes/Musala; Good pressure of cold&hot water; Wifi which was free, even though at the reception was written that the tax per room is 5bgn; the connection was good; Clean room; enough space into the fridge;

Cons: Not clear orientation of the hotel. Flora is a Complex and there are 6 different buildings, near together, one of them being Daisy. Maybe an indicator at the entrance of the parking would be very helpful for the tourist. No table on the balcony. No pots and pans, plates ,knives forks etc.. the height table is low, so we eat staying on the bed, which was a not so comfortable. No AC, but the temperature in the night(summer-15August) was ok and even though mosquitos net are not present, we didn't saw any of these predators :)) The parking which is not right delimitated and because of that the cars were very crowded and it was difficult to get outside. I mention that parking spaces exist, but some people don't take into account if they block others or make very difficult the outside parking away. A clear delimitation on the asphalt would improve this inconvenient. OR the reception to have the phone number of the cars which are staying in the hotel so in case of blocking you can ask the exact person to unlock it.

Pros: clean rooms, excellent location, friendly staff, I recommend

Nice stay for hiking

Pros: Location was perfect near Gondola. Room were clean and spacy. Check in was easy and check out also.

Cons: Borovets facilities were really reduced in mid June. No available restaurants in evening (only few).
