Breathtaking views and an incredible place to visit

Pros: There are places in every country that stand out and instantly make you fall in love with them. Oasis is one of these places. I have traveled a lot around Bulgaria and stayed in a number of high quality hotels but this place is the best price to quality ratio. The lake is visible from every room and the view is hard to describe in words. It’s plain beautiful. The territory has numerous benches and tables to sit and enjoy the sunset with a glass of wine. There are also BBQ areas for guests. The spa and hot tub are also very nice. The nearby village has shops, restaurants, a gym, barbershop, atm, and everything else you may need during your stay. I have stayed for only two nights but will definitely come back in a month for a 1-2 week retreat to live here and work remotely. This place is truly amazing! 10/10!

Cons: The shower in the 3 person room is functional but a bit strange in operation. The water is building up around the toilet floor after use. But that’s being picky - everything is great!

Pros: I liked the view, the tranquility, in the apartment there was a coffee machine, pans and everything needed for preparing food. For breakfast we made coffee from the machine and we had bought some croissants.

Cons: Have a vending machine with drinks in the facility for example or think about offering breakfast to guests (like crepes or similar) and not always moving around the city.

Pros: We liked everything. It was very clean and comfortable. There was an amazing view of the reservoir, and it's a very suitable place for groups and families with children. The ladies from the reception are very friendly and helpful. They offer a food delivery option from a restaurant in town, but we didn't use this service. The restaurant they partner with has a very low rating on Google, so we decided not to take the risk. In general, there aren't many good dining options in Dospat, so it's advisable to prepare your meals on-site, or you could go to Sarnitsa, where there are a few very good restaurants.

Cons: The only thing we didn't like was the excessively noisy groups. However, this isn't a flaw of the property itself; we were simply unlucky to be there at the same time as people who didn't consider that others were trying to relax. They were loud throughout the complex until late at night.

Great weekend excursion, fresh mountain air and a lake on the doorstep, will definitely visit again

Pros: The great location, the property is located on the lake/dam shore and offers an amazing view. The garden is well-maintained, and there are benches, swings, and BBQs all around the property.

Cons: The room has an aircon but no remote or thermostat. The lack of control over the heating made it too warm to sleep.

Cons: It was a but cold, it took some time for the place to warm up. There are no facilities to eat at the place unless you cook yourself. There is a restaurant you can order from,nearby.
