Good Location

Pros: Great location for the ski lift and school. Plenty of parking. Warm

Cons: Rotten pillows, small towels, limited toiletries. Shame shop not open you need a car to get groceries and supplies. No microwave.

Pros: The receptionist was incredibly kind and helpful. The location is excellent, and overall the property offers great value for money.

Cons: It’s old.

Excellent accommodation for families.

Pros: Clean and spacious rooms with everything you need in it; close to the ski slope.

Pros: The apartment was big and clean. The staff picked up the trash every day. They changed the towels on the third day.

Cons: There are plenty of closets but no hangers to use them. The electric heaters looked like hazard, especially the one in the shower. The bed was extremely soft and the pillows were old and uncomfortable.

Pros: Nice staff. Little outdated interior but the apartment was very spacious. I would recommend to add some AC to keep the place warmer.

Pros: The location was very convenient, it was only in walking distance from the slopes. The property has a lift to get to the upstairs area and car park available for 12leva for two days. The hotel was quite clean and not too badly maintained for the value of the cost per night. The rooms were warm, and hot water was running full time. The facilities were good enough for family members. The beds were cosy, soft, and comfortable. The property had good-sized wardrobes and extra blankets and pillows available.

Fantastic accommodation for skiing

Pros: The hotel is located fantastically for skiing. The personnel was amazing, they were so polite and helpful with everything. We received a rather big apartment which we really appreciated. It was comfortable, convenient, perfect for a skiing getaway.

Cons: The hotel overall seems to be a bit worn out. Everything was ok, nothing was broken, but it had the allure that it had been there for quite some time. Did not stop us to enjoy our stay though.

The cosiest place near the lifts

Pros: The apartments are big, comfortable, very clean and warm. We enjoyed the coziness of the fireplace. The staff were very friendly and helpful. And the location is great near the slopes and lifts. We will be back.
