Great ski/snowboard holiday in Pamporovo

Pros: We had a great time staying at Nero Hotel for a week long ski holiday. We had booked a deluxe double bedroom apartment which came with 2 bathrooms, very spacious bedrooms, massive living room and kitchen. Breakfast included great selection of food and drinks and we had dinner at the restaurant almost every evening. The Spa facilities felt a bit crowded at times and could have been warmer, but came nice after a long day of ski/snowboard. The daily evening Yoga and Kids Room area were a special treat. We also took advantage of ski equipment discounts provided by the hotel and the free transport to the slopes.

Cons: The place could benefit from some basic maintenance, more hangers in wardrobes, extra racks for drying clothes and shoes, spa facilities could be improved.

Successful ski vacation

Pros: A good place to stay for ski, they have a shuttle for ski lift (studenets), the breakfast was good, the room was big. The personnel helped us with the shuttle, the reservation to restaurant in the town.

Cons: They could improve the spa center, the cleaning in the rooms and change of towels is only per request. I did not like the mattress and couch was not comfortable for two big boys.

We definitely recommend!

Pros: We loved the location! It was very clean, the room was permanently hot to the point we didn’t feel any discomfort. Everyone was very nice and helpful- at the restaurant, at the reception, at the pool (where we especially enjoyed their sauna) and a special thank you to Natalia who is an amazing person. We liked everything we ordered at their restaurant which was really convenient because we could eat at our hotel every single night. They definitely deserve all this praise and we’ll definitely be coming back in the future!

Pros: We stayed one evening at Nero Complex in Pamporovo and were extremely satisfied with our experience. The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The room was warm and cozy, perfect for the Pamporovo weather. Everything was exactly as described, if not better. The staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The location is also great — quiet, relaxing, and close to nature. Even though we stayed only one night, we truly enjoyed our time there and would definitely choose Nero Complex again. Highly recommended!

Pros: Especially I would like to thank Ms Natalie and Mr Stephan. They are both so helpful and are really so friendly and warm. The Lady and the gentelman's reputation and the behaviour shaped my next travel plan, choosing of this hotel once more.. Cons: The dinner can be better

Pros: The staff are friendly, and the hotel is very clean and well-maintained.

Cons: There is no staff available to help carry the luggage, and there are many stairs leading up to the reception. The elevator has very confusing signage. Breakfast is monotonous — the same every day, with a limited selection. The coffee machine does not make good coffee and should be replaced. These are all small details, but they affect the overall impression.

Good value for the price

Pros: A wonderful hotel with cozy rooms, a nice pool with a comfortable temperature, a sauna, and a jacuzzi. Everything was clean and working in the fall. The breakfast was good with plenty of choices and seating. The room had a view of the mountains.

Cons: On the downside, there was no mosquito net on the door. There weren't any mosquitoes in the fall either, but I think that was just luck. The double room didn't even have a kettle (it wasn't listed in the description, but I wish there had been one).

Pros: Good value for money. Nice clean accommodation for a excellent price. Nice friendly staff. The breakfast was superb...

Excellent

Pros: Close to the ski slope, you can even get by foot, anyway the transport to the slope is a big plus in the morning and afternoon. The apartments are really big and comfortable, the kitchenette is well equipped. Good breakfast, many options.

it was decent

Pros: room, staff, transport to the sky slopes, parking, the room was great, very large and suitable for our family of 4. the room was very well heated, the beds comfortable

Cons: the hotel was far away from the city center, but close enough to the slopes very crowded in parking but i found a spot at any hour. we had the fifth floor, and there were two lifts which made it pretty difficult to go to the rooms. the pool was very cold.
