Great stay!

Pros: Great hotel, the buffet was really tasty and it fit perfectly our needs, staff were always positive and very helpful, especially the lady at reception. The location or the hotel is very close to the ski slopes as well. Overall, we loved our stay and would be happy to stay in the hotel again!

Cons: The ‘game room’ might need a little bit of upgrades at some point but overall we had a really nice time.

Pros: the rooms were pretty big and comfortable, everything was clean

Cons: the desserts from the kitchen, we tried 3 of them, and all were bad (like directly from the fridge). But only this part of the restaurant, the breakfast on the other hand was perfect

Pros: Comfy rooms, excellent breakfast, quiet and calm in the summer. The staff is super friendly, kind, helpful and welcoming. Definitely coming back next summer!

Cons: The wifi could be stronger in the rooms at the end of the corridor but it’s not a big deal.

Nice place to stay

Pros: The room is much larger than I expected, very nice and clean. The staff was nice and friendly. Great view and quietness.

Cons: The breakfast was very good but if you go to the restaurant for lunch or dinner, the food is not very good. Many of the things are frozen foods just baked or fried in the kitchen.

Pros: well the dinner was not bad we order for the room because there where too many people in the restourant q the food is nice the massages were incredible we liked them a lot the whole family

Pros: It was a great stay with a nice view, comfortable room and bed and very kind staff. The food was excellent! And the spa wasn’t bad as well.

Pros: It was very spacious, close to the slopes and the food was good.

Cons: The cleaner didn’t change the bed sheets at all or replace the towels

Pros: We've stayed there for 4-5 time so far and it was always a great vacation. Great variaty for breakfast and dinner, super friendly staff, everywhere is clean, has a great SPA and enough parking spots around the hotel (even there's a guy from the hotel who directs you where to park). Everytime we stay with a group of friends and everyone likes the hotel and tries to book it for the next season.

Cons: the mattres of the bed was a bit old - it had sunk in the middle. May be it was only in out room because noone from our group had that issue. But it was OK for sleeping, no problem.

Pros: Amazing staff, the receptionist was the kindest I have ever seen. Extremely helpful and passionate about her job, with thought for the guests. Very clean room, neatly decorated with lots of space! Rich breakfast and easy access to the ski areas via a car you could call from the hotel itself! 10/10

Cons: The parking lot is too small and absolutely not cleared of ice and snow. Even around the hotel the ice is almost not cleared at all. Only one elevator in a fairly large hotel. At peak times you waited for minutes until it came
