Grand Resort Pamporovo Apartments

Perfect place for a peaceful family winter vacation.

Pros: Everything in the hotel was new. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. The lobby was very comfortable and decorated with Christmas decorations. Our son enjoyed playing with their sweet dog at the lobby. They even prepared a custom breakfast for my picky-eater son. The kitchen in the room was equipped with all the necessary kitchen utensils. We used the hotel’s shuttle service to the ski slopes and they were helpful in organizing us around pick up time.

Cons: When we arrived the room was cold and the heater couldn’t achieve the needed temperature to warm the room (outside were minus temperatures). The hosts provided us with a heater, which helped, but the room became warm only after we lit the fireplace. It not only warmed the room, it elevated the entire room atmosphere so I highly recommend buying the woods for the fireplace from the get go. Afterwards we had no issues with the temperature.

Pros: I had a wonderful time staying at this hotel! Everything was excellent from start to finish. The room was incredibly clean and felt very cozy and comfortable. It was a lovely place to relax after a long day of sightseeing. But the best part was the staff. Everyone was so friendly, welcoming, and helpful! They made me feel completely at home. The location is also great, close to all the main places. I definitely recommend this hotel to everyone. I hope to come back soon!

Pros: I stayed in a studio and really enjoyed it — the space was spotless, the furniture felt new and comfortable, and the view was impressive. The location is super convenient and close to everything I needed. Staff were perfect: friendly, quick to help, and genuinely welcoming. I was also satisfied with the breakfast and perfect choice to start the day well. Parking was easy and stress-free, which I appreciated. The whole place feels well-kept and professionally run, so overall it delivers exactly what you pay for.

Cons: For me, there really weren’t any meaningful downsides. Naturally, everyone has their own preferences and expectations, but I think the right guests will genuinely appreciate what this place offers — a calm atmosphere, perfect maintenance, and consistently attentive service.
