Convenient place for retreat from the city noise

Pros: The villa is located in a small and very quiet village, I could hardly hear two or three cars passing by throughout the entire day. The house is very clean and full of facilities to make anyone's stay as comfortable as possible. The open kitchen in the garden is a gem for the evening summer meals. There is also decent speed internet available (rare in these villages) and the place is really clean throughout. The host was very polite and helpful from the start and managed to please all our requests. I really enjoyed my mini retreat break and looking forward to come again and bring more friends with me.

Cons: The village of Chekhlare is in a remote location, which provides fantastic tranquility, however there are no shops in the village, so one has to plan a bit in advance or drive to the next village (10 mins away) to buy last minute groceries. The weather was abnormally hot during my stay, and while the host kindly suggested we used the big fan which helped, the property could benefit from air conditioning for those extreme weather occasions. I understood the host is planning to install AC soon.
