Pros: Top location, just a street away from Gondola parking, many ski rents&schools nearby, in the heart of the new center of Bansko full with restaurants and cafes.
Cons: A bit noisy at the night due to neighboring night club with a music.

Pros: The location was perfect right next to the gondola lift station and the apartment had everything you need. It had an underground parking space for us which was a big plus. Ivan the administrator of this place was very kind and helpful. Its the most value for money choice for a group of 4-5 person's.
Cons: The only drawback of this apartment was that its next to a club and it has a little bit noise late at night but its not very annoying.

Great home!
Pros: We were in Bansko for a hike in the mountain. The location of the apartment is perfect, just 2 mins from the gondola lift and a very nice restaurant. It also has very easy access with a lift from the free underground private parking spot. The host was very kind and met us and show us the apartment. The rooms are very spacious, clean and cosy. It is equipped with everything you may need for your stay to make you feel like you are at your own home. We had a coffee in the morning with a lovely view to the mountain from the balcony. We will definitely stay here in the winter as well.

Pros: Location was great for ski vacation, you get 10% discount in pirin too. The kitchen was well-equipped. Available staff, the division of the apartment works great for 3 (couple and a friend)
Cons: The mattress was not comfortable and it was not even. In addition some of the drawers were broken. It could be a bit loud at night since you are in the center and will hear the music from the pubs.

Pros: Apartman dairesinin konumu 1 numara. Tüm cafe, barlara, restoranlara yakın. Yakınında 2 adet Aldo market ve 24 saat açık supermarket var. Daire ısı izolasyonu çok iyi. Isıtma için 2 adet split klima var ve gayet yeterli. Sürekli sıcak su mevcut. Taaret musluğu da koymuşlar. Daireye özel kapalı Otopark olması çok iyi. Daire dizaynı güzel. Balkon direkt olarak Gondola Liftini görüyor. Ev ile Gondola lifti arası sadece yürüyerek 5-6 dakika. Apartman işletmecisi Ivan çok güleryüzlü ve yardımsever. İngilizce iletişimi süper.
Cons: Asansör güven vermiyor, çok sık arıza yapıyor. Banyoda drenaj yönlendirmesi yanlış olduğundan duştan akan su duş deliğine değil banyonun ortasındaki gidere yönleniyor, bu nedenle banyo zemini ıslanıyor. Havlupan çalışmıyor ya da biz çalıştıramadık. Mobilyalar eski ve bakıma ihtiyacı var. Dolapların üstleri tozlu, detay temizlik yapılmalı. Pencere perdeleri eski, yer yer yırtılmış. Biraz daha yatırım yapılırsa süper ötesi bir daire olur. Dairenin hemen altında bir gece klübü var ve müzik sesi sabah 3'e kadar geliyor, bu nedenle uyku problemi olanlar ses kesici kulaklıkla uyuyabilir.

Great Apartment Close to the Ski Lift
Pros: This is our second time staying at this apartment. It is very comfy, close to the ski lift area. It is surrounded by many restaurants and supermarkets. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. The bed is comfy. All in all, the apartment is very well maintained. There is also a private parking space in the garage. I highly recommend this apartment!

Bansko’ya ailecek kayak için gidecekseniz buradan daha iyi bir yer aramayın. Çok iyi
Pros: Öncelikle yönetim çok iyi idi. Tesise giriş ve çıkış oldukça kolaydı. Genelde gittiğim tesislerde giriş yapınca en azından banyoyu temizlerdim ama burada bir şeyi temizlemek zorunda kalmadım. Ev tertemizdi. Nevresim ve havlular bembeyaz ve çok güzel kokuyorlardı. Çok şirin bir balkonu var. Gondola son derece yakın bir konumda. Market çok yakın
Cons: Tesisin bulunduğu bina oldukça havasız ve kokuyordu. Bu koku daireye gelmediği için sorun olmadı. Bir de mutfakta bir kaç tencere daha olsa çok iyi olurdu.

Cons: Dairede çamaşır makinesi olabilirdi. Ayrıca banyo için su çabuk soğuyor. Banyo alanında duş su gideri tamir edilebilir.

Comfort and Convenience at Bansko's Gondola Ski Apartment: A Warm, Welcoming Stay
Pros: Our extended four-night stay at Gondola Ski Apartment in Bansko was exceptional. Not only was its proximity to the ski lift incredibly convenient, allowing us to easily gauge the morning queue, but the apartment itself was a haven of comfort. The cleanliness and the warmth of the apartment were particularly noteworthy, providing a cozy retreat after a day on the slopes. The bed was very comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. Its location, close to restaurants, markets, and shops, added to the ease of our stay. The late checkout and garage availability were the cherries on top of a wonderful experience. Our host Ivan was incredibly friendly, always available to provide excellent recommendations that enhanced our experience. His responsiveness and eagerness to ensure our comfort added a personal touch to our stay. Overall, our experience here was exceptional, blending comfort with the perfect location for our skiing adventure.
