5-Star Location with 2-Star Interior—High Potential for an Upgrade!

Pros: The location is unbeatable—a 5-minute walk to the gondola in ski boots is a dream. The underground parking is a huge plus for snowy days, and the security (key-card elevator) is welcomed. Warm rooms, good hot water, and decent internet make the basics solid.

Pros: Very close to the gondola and markets. - The apartment has a private underground parking lot. - Everything was clean in the apartment (bedsheets, towels, floors, bathroom, etc.) - Self checkin with clear instructions. - The apartment was spacious, perfect for a family with kids. - The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking and eating. - Plenty of heat in the rooms (electrical heaters). - Good value for the money.

Cons: The hot water in the boiler was not enough for 3 persons. We needed to take a 5 minute shower per each person to be sure the hot water is enough. - The beds were not very confortable (the bed in the bedroom had old matresses with springs and the extensible couch in the living room was very hard and instable). - The coffee machine was not working.

Good value for money

Pros: Right next to the lift, so you can put on your boots and go. The beds were ok even the couch.

Cons: We were unable to find the building entrance so we had to call the owner. The underground parking is tight and it is tricky parking there even impossible if you have a box on top of the car. Still we were able to park outside for a decent tax.

Pros: Есть закрытый паркинг свое парковочное место В апартаментах очень тепло ,можно регулировать температуру. В 2х минутах от подьемника очень удобно,рядом магазины. Большая кровать в спальне. Мне было удобно Духовкой я пользовалась вместо микроволновки.

Cons: Всего 1 кастрюля и сковородка ,хотелось бы хотя бы 2 кастрюли. Нет штопора для вина самый главный минус диван не разбирается. На нем можно спать 1человеку , 2 уже не поместятся. В нашем случае был ребёнок который привык засыпать вместе со мной и поэтому его пришлось перенести к нам в спальню. Шкаф, он вроде есть,но доступа к нему нет. Так как стоит очень большая кровать. В шкафу есть сейф ,но не добраться да него. В целом все хорошо. Если исправить небольшие минусы ,то будет все ок.

Pros: Локацията е много добра. Апартаментът е удобен и отговаря изцяло на снимките. Диваните са учудобни за спане, дори и на възрастен. Кухнята разполага с всички необходими удобства. Лифта, хубав ресторант и магазин в близост. Препоръчвам.
