Pros: We were a family of 7 (6 when we closed the apartment) Dimitri was very nice and happy to help, all kind of connections were made easily and fast, the apartment is big, clean, cozy and comfortable..it fitted us perfectly, the view is amazing!! location is very good only few minutes from the gondola, there’s a path aside the hotel that makes it very short

Pros: Met outside the apartment, he took suitcases up to our apartment in the lift and handed over 2 sets of keys

Pros: Stunning mountain view in direction of Todorka and Vihren, athmospheric alpine apartment furniture, lots of decoration, working chimney, full set of kitchen tableware, ski storage and ski dryer

Cons: Very bad Wi-Fi, leaking toilet, path to gondola via muddy field (though it was frozen thus fine)
