Pros: Lokacija odlična, blizu Sport hotela i Gondole. Apartman potpuno opremljen, dva kupatila, poseduje sve što je potrebno za duži boravak. Apartman se nalazi na trećem spratu, prostrana spavaća soba sa izdvojenim kupatilom.

Cons: S obzirom na to da je bio jako veliki minus, naročito noću, a stan se greje na klime, klime nisu mogle da postignu da zagreju prostor i moglo bi se reći da je bilo prohladno u stanu. Takođe, kupatila apsolutno nemaju nikakvo grejanje, što je neverovatno za zimske uslove. I to je glavni razlog niže ocene. Nije nam se dopao ni hodnik zgrade koji vodi do stana jer ima vlage i oseća se neugodan miris, ali razumemo da to nije do vlasnika stana.
