Great location, great apartment, the customer service needs to improve.

Pros: Everything was very clean. They gave us everything we needed.

Cons: It says that there is a microwave and there was no microwave. We were stuck outside the apartment for almost an hour upon arrival. The customer service was horrible. No one was answering the phone and the security guard was not nice and didn’t want to help us.
